About Oshi No ko:
In the entertainment world, celebrities often show exaggerated versions of themselves to the public, concealing their true thoughts and struggles beneath elaborate lies. Fans buy into these fabrications, showering their idols with undying love and support, until something breaks the illusion. Sixteen-year-old rising star Ai Hoshino of pop idol group B Komachi has the world captivated; however, when she announces a hiatus due to health concerns, the news causes many to become worried.As a huge fan of Ai, gynecologist Gorou Amemiya cheers her on from his countryside medical practice, wishing he could meet her in person one day. His wish comes true when Ai shows up at his hospital—not sick, but pregnant with twins! While the doctor promises Ai to safely deliver her children, he wonders if this encounter with the idol will forever change the nature of his relationship with her.

Main Character of Oshi No Ko and Aquamarine Hoshino was once a middle-aged Japanese doctor named Gorou but was killed. After his death, Gorou was reincarnated as Aquamarine, Ai's son. His mother is Ai Hoshino and has a twin sister named Ruby Hoshino. He goes through the troubles, trying to figure out who murderer his mother. Aqua a.k.a Aquamarine's nickname is also an actor. He also has a very stern voice.

Ruby Hoshino is the sister of Aquamarine Hoshino. She's aiming to become an idol. Ruby's past life was a patient named Sarina. Sarina was died at the age of 12 due to anaplastic astrocytoma but got reincarnated as Ruby. Her mother, Ai Hoshino is an idol but died when Ruby and her twin brother, Aqua turned 7. She is very energetic and has a angelic voice.

Though her attitude has greatly reformed by the present day, her image as merely a washed-up child actor continues to hamper her efforts. She also Aqua and Ruby's senpai and is an idol-in-training. Kana also has a crush on Aqua. She has a very high pitch voice but also a normal voice.

She strived to become an idol at a young age, but due to her family's situation, she made sacrifices that ultimately ended with her becoming too old to become an idol. Mem-Cho is now an idol-in-training and working with Ruby and Kana. She has a loveable,funny personality and has a little high pitch voice.
