A 17 year-old elven boy who has run away from home, in a Kingdom where elves are forbidden. He’s cheerful, energetic and kind but also immature and naïve. Looking for a voice that is feminine but still boyish (female VAs encouraged), slightly whine-y when annoyed and soft but energetic. A subtle British accent would probably suit best but any common accent would also probably be fine.

Reuben is a ~40 year-old human shopkeeper and ex-guard, He is the adoptive father of Taylor, and is entirely devoted to being a kind father and good role model. He is polite, kind and generally soft-spoken. He acts and sometimes sounds like he is many more years older than he is, referring to himself playfully as an old man. A low-ish fatherly voice and British accent would be ideal.

Oscar is the 17 year-old prince of the Kingdom, ready to almost inherit the Kingdom from his father. However Oscar is timid, shy and generally weak in not only spirit but also literally. He speaks formally, with a clear British accent, his voice is soft and slightly high.

Darius is the King and the father of Prince Oscar. He is flamboyant, eccentric and extroverted, but also has a more suave, sly mysterious side. A British accent would suit him well, although the most important aspect of his voice is his two tones, extroverted and happy and suave, sly and seductive.

The prisoner is an eleven man trapped in the dungeons. It is hard to tell how old he is, but he’s at least over 40. Having been trapped for many years, he speaks quiet solemnly, with a deep gravely pained voice.

Maria is the princess of the human Kingdom. She’s about 10-13 years-old. She’s cute and bubbly, and extroverted like the king. Essentially just has a normal cute child voice (and maybe a slight British accent to match the family but it’s not important).
