Finn is a unique species who’s the main character of Ocean Commotion. A social character who’s eager to make friends and have fun. He also has many friends and most of them live in Coral Haven. But sometimes he can be a little too mean.

I’m a unique species! A misfit, if you will.
One of the VIPs. Ollie is an industrious and intelligent octopus who also happens to be quite charismatic and playful. He’s also good at helping and entertaining people with his 8 wiggly arms. He loves helping people so much! In the Oceaneers, he plays the drums!

Stanley cannot get in his shell so he’s very social. He’s known for being a surfer and is a chill character who is good friends with everyone. Especially Donald. He also reminds everyone to just keep it slow and go with the flow.

Donald, the social, playful, and intelligent character who is friends with Ollie the Octopus, is a 9th grade English teacher who is very smart. He is also in the Oceaneers band and he plays the guitar. But sometimes he can get into someone’s personal space a bit too much.

Willy, the character who always has his iconic baleen grin on his face. Known for being the gentle giant that he is, he would sing beautifully and would also host a festival once a year for being the biggest animal in the world. And in Ocean Street, he likes to teach everyone important life lessons and he acts like a father figure for the characters.

Paul is the second shyest character in Ocean Street and he also happens to be pretty playful, emotional, and curious too. Those are traits when he’s not anxious. But most of the time, he’s just shy. When he gets uncomfortable and/or scared, he inflates like a balloon. But yes, he’s a little bit intelligent.

Craig is the character who has the most negative attitude in Ocean Street. He’s easily irritated and always impatient. For some reason he hates Ollie the most (Probably because he thinks Ollie is going to eat him someday). And he sometimes ends up pinching some of the characters in spite. In other words, he’s crabby!

Shiloh is actually quite friendly. But when he’s not friendly, he can get really scary for his friends. Don’t forget the no eating others rule! Since he’s a shark, he’s very tempted to eat his friends, so they help him fight the urge to eat them. He plays the bass in The Oceaneers.

Sebastian is the formal one of the Ocean Street crew. The type of character to be very brave and friendly. He’s also not afraid to do dangerous things and take risks because of his bravery. No matter what, he always tries to be cooperative.

Starla is a popular and egotistical character in Ocean Street. She also gets jealous if she isn’t featured in anything. And she’s probably the most spoiled character in Ocean Street. For her prideful personality and celebrity-like character, she’s the lead singer in The Oceaneers.

Sutton is Ollie’s cousin and crew member in sailing. Despite him being cousins with Ollie, he doesn’t really interact with him that much. Not only does he own an ink business, but he’s also a master at the katana! He’s no stranger to Japanese culture, so messing with him is not very safe. He can be a bit aggressive sometimes but overall, he’s nice and reserved. Also, he plays the keyboard in The Oceaneers.
