Paul is the second shyest character in Ocean Street and he also happens to be pretty playful, emotional, and curious too. Those are traits when he’s not anxious. But most of the time, he’s just shy. When he gets uncomfortable and/or scared, he inflates like a balloon. But yes, he’s a little bit intelligent.
