About This Project
Set in modern day. This is a buddy cop style of story about two detectives racing against the clock and their journey to subdue a serial unaliver, known only as The Eraser. They must accomplish this all while a fight for equality is taking center stage for the city between the T-Marks and the Pseudos. Original T-Marked blocks look down on the more “cheaply made” Knock Offs known as Pseudo Blocks. T-Marks are refusing to use these so called “less quality” blocks for building purposes and treating those people that are made of Pseudos like lesser beings.
This project is a dramedy filmed in stop animation with lego style blocks. These people know they are blocks and not only self aware of what they are, they own it. Except for the “being someone’s toys” part. They just think they are like a civilization of block people.
We will be putting out more roles in the future so keep your eyes peeled!

Here at Bewildered Biscuit Productions, we believe in first and foremost the story we are trying to tell. Everything we do is in service to the finished project. This is why we hold ourselves to the highest possible standard when working on a project and why we dedicate ourselves to giving 110% to each and every aspect of the project we take on.We love working with like minded individuals. We also love good people and whether you are cast or not, we will be looking at you for other roles within this project and future projects.

Personality
One of the two main protagonists. Russo is a great detective and used to be a great guy. He changed after making a bad call that got his first partner killed. Since then he has become a functioning alcoholic and a sarcastic prick. He is quick witted and smart so tearing people down or making up some bs on the fly is easy for him. He bends the rules when he feels it is right and pushes the menial tasks from his job on Tek Guy and the interns. He talks down to just about everyone except Mallory, who he calls Mals. Since his first partner died, he hasn’t been able to keep one, because they can’t stand working with him.
The only reason the Chief keeps him around is because he is very good at what he does. Looking for a weathered, gritty, and snarky voice. It is not required but is preferred he has an upper east coast accent. (New York, New Jersey… etc “NOT BOSTON”)
Line 1 - Russo responds to how he knows the video editing software by making up a vlog series he does on the internet just to be a sarcastic prick to his new partner.
“I have a vlog on Rumblr.”
His partner responds with “Yeah, right. Who in their right mind would wanna watch you talk about anything?”
“I review dive bars around the city. I have very specific criteria for a good rating on a dive. Like how likely you are to get in a fight, get your keys taken for bein too drunk, the strength of the drinks, and how desperate the woman are that go there.”
Line 2 - Russo’s partner Birch doesn’t want to watch the footage of this crazy internet personality because the material disgusts him. So Rupert uses it as a lesson in detective work.
“The way you are acting right this second shows exactly why all of this is important. When people get that worked up, it gives plenty of motive for murder. So, someone needs to watch all of this guy's footage. Look for anyone he may have called out directly. Check the comments on his videos. Look for death threats, comb through his mail, find blogs where people like you are freaking out about him. Not just him, the other vics too. This right here, this conspiracy theory psycho babble BS you hate so much might be the thing that links all three of our vics together.”
Line 3 - Russo is in an argument with Birch after everything went to crap earlier that day. He blames Birch for screwing everything up by ignoring Russo’s advice and not making a decision fast enough. Said with sarcasm and some animosity.
“Hurray! Congratu-freakin-lations! You all hear that? Birch finally did something today! You know that thing rest of us do every day! Our jobs!”

Strong, charismatic, and firm in their beliefs. If it ain’t broke don’t fix it. She wholeheartedly believes in the scientific community and the results proving Pseudo Blocks to be inferior. She is not heartless though, she does understand these are people too but is fed up with the leader of the Pseudo Rights Activists, Tetra Ellbrick.

Passionate, Fed Up, and Determined. Tetra is the leader of the Pseudo Rights Activists in New Block City. She believes all blocks to be exactly the same regardless of the T-Mark on the pieces of some. She is fighting for equality. She is very determined and refuses to use illegal means to prove her people’s status as that would only hurt her initiative.
Line 1 - Stirring up protesters in the crowd over a megaphone.

Line 2 - Shouting over a megaphone to the Mayor's claims of scientific studies that apparently prove Pseudos to be inferior. Certain and Angry.

Self Centered news reporter looking to make a name for himself. He is young and very new to the game, but he will do anything he can to get the story and especially the attention it brings.
Line 1 - Informative, Serious.
“I’m currently standing outside the home of a 30 year old software engineer named Gregory Rupert. As of now, we have very few details on exactly what happened inside. What I can confirm is, they have found a body.”
Line 2 - Informative, kinda cocky. He is reporting on the scene of a recent homicide. He invents the name for “The Eraser Murders” on the fly.
“Whether the body is his or not has yet to be confirmed. Although, I am hearing this incident may be linked to what people are calling The Eraser Murders. Which if confirmed would officially bring the body count up to three.”
Line 3 - Completely ignoring The News Anchor Tip to satisfy his own ambitions. Starts running after the detective.
“Hold that thought Tip. There’s one of the detectives now. Hold on. Sir, Detective, sir!”
