To fully be able to feel good, it is going to take a bit of effort on the physical side, the mental side, and the spiritual side. All three need to be operating at a high level in order to achieve this goal of feeling good.
You may be thinking to yourself, What is my light, do I even have one? How do I get it? How can it be filled? My light is either on or its off, there is no in-between. How can I ramp it up?
I specialize in helping people remove the weeds that are suffocating the seed sprout of their potential. And guide them to recognize what stage of life their seed sprout is in, and what they need to do to turn themselves into a green thumb while gardening their life's purpose.

This Events Coordinator is a cross between a sweet organized librarian type mixed with the authoritative personality of a grade school principal.
We have a few sayings in our workplace, one of them is you never say things like 'to be honest', or 'I'm not gonna lie', or 'to tell the truth', this implies you were lying all the other times you didn't give your disclaimer. Why is it that now you feel like you aren't going to lie? Isn't that one of the assumed parts of having a verbal interaction with someone, that you are going to speak the truth.
The world is your stage, live every moment like its opening night. Mistakes will be made, but the excitement from the adrenaline will push you through.
The euphemism I hate the most is when someone comes up to you and asks you a question, and do you want to know what the question is? Take a quess, nevermind, its dumb, I'll spare you. This is the question they ask me, 'Can I ask you a question?' 'Do you mind if I ask you a question?' Can I ask you something? ... I'm short on answers as it is, and you just wasted one.
You are usually a happy rabbit, Hare-Bo the Happy Hopper, but due to losing a bet to one of your mascot friends, tonight you have to go out on the town as Clucky Lucky.
I just want to state right off the bat, I don't kill things. Not my M.O., not any part of my legacy. I'm a love spreader, I'm Hare-Burt the Happy Hopper. I bring joy to the people around me with my positive attitude towards life. I don't cause harm, I don't destroy.
I work for the party store, but he works for the pet store that is two stores down from where we are in the same shopping center. We've been known to put on a sidewalk show every now and then. It helps us both out, and the bosses love it.
I tried to get him to come and witness this display of hideousness that I am subjecting the public to tonight, but he refused. He said it was my punishment, and why should he suffer as well. ... which yeah, makes sense.
This person makes hypothetical masks that people hypothetically wear.
Your mask is deteriorating. I recognize that one all too well. But yours looks like it's had a lot of wear and tear. You can stop in at my shop … 'Mask for all Seasons.' I will give you a good deal on that same model of mask. I call it the 'Got my shit together- Mask.' It's actually one of my best sellers.
If you go a level up, I would say the 'Happy-Go-Lucky' and 'Strong-and-Confident' are probably my other biggest selling Masks. Now with 'Happy-Go-Lucky,' the majority of the time they are coming in with 'Good Intentions' …. which I have in the kids bin. But what they really want is “The Life of the Party' or 'The Funny Guy' ....
