Sonic Comic Dubs
Project Overview
OVERVIEW
The reason why the project title is so generic is because this actually is ment to find VAs to make content for my personal channel. My VRChat videos aren't really that family friendly and I wanted to put out a different age level of content for my younger viewers. As implied, these comic dubs will be much more family friendly than my VRChat videos. For the most part, we'll dub these homeade MS paint comics with a bit of comedic value to them. However, cast members are welcome to pitch in comics for us to dub. The only catch is that the comics but be at least somewhat family friendly and we must gain written premission from the artist to dub it. The comic also must be approved by myself before we dub it.
AUDITION PROCESS/REQUIREMENTS
In order to audition you must be at least 14 years old to audition. When auditioning make sure you DO NOT slate nor add any major filters to your audition. You may noise reduct, normalise, or use anything that dosen't filter your vocals themselves. Have a USB or XLC mic. This means no phone mics, headphone mic, etc. Make sure to use AAA-BBB-CCC format in your auditions. This means to include three takes per line. Last but not least, have fun!
NOTE: this project is a VOLUNTEER position, meaning there will be NO PAYMENT.

What I'm looking for in Amy is that typical "crazy-sweet" girl. What I mean by this is a high pitched female voice that ranges from loud, crazy and iintimidating to someone that's cute, calm and sweet.
"I hate you! You guys always leave me behind, and have all the fun!"

For Cream I'm looking for a voice that's soft, suttle, high pitched and innocent.
"Come on, Cheese! We have to save mom!"

For Big I'm looking for a deep low IQed and low pitched voice.
"Hold on Froggy, I'm coming!"
"Froggy...? Uh oh. No, hold on there! Come back, please! Gimme my friend back, I'm beggin' ya! Please!"
"It's not nice to make fun of my friends."
I'm not really expecting you to resemble an existing VA who's done Eggman in the past. If you do a spot on impression of an existing Eggman VA who's done him in that past, it would still be castable. However, this is not a requirement for the role itself. What I'm looking for in this Eggman audition is a loud, cunning and exuberant qualities to it.

For Orbot I'm looking for a C-3PO type voice. Posh English accent, with a kind tag-along tone. Please DO NOT use a robotic filter.

I've notcied that Cubut has gone through quite a few voices throughout the games. For this auditon I'll be looking for a cowboy type accent, but it also must imply that's quite dumb. Please DO NOT use a robotic filter.

What I'm looking for in Shadow is a lot of grit, smooth and natural delivery, a toughness but also a slight tenderness.

What I'm looking for in Rouge is a cleaver yet manipulative tone to her character.
"My name is Rouge the Bat. Better known as the treasure hunter, Rouge."

For Omega I'm looking for a monotone, yet intelligable voice. Please DO NOT use a robot filter for this audition.
"Eggman is my target. If you interfere, you shall be destroyed!"

For Metal Sonic I'm looking for a deep and intimidating tone. Please DO NOT use a robotic filter.
"Sonic, I was created for the sole purpose of destroying you, but I can never seem to defeat you. That is why I rebuilt my own body with my own hands."

Looking for a gruff, raspy, naisily and somewhat deep voice for Vector.
"Espio, don't be silly! Besides, you know our policy. We never turn down work that pays! Come on boys, let's go!"

For Espio I'm looking for a deep, calm and soothing voice.

For Charmy I'm looking for a loud, obnoxious and excited male child.

For Wave I'm looking for rude, sassy yet hip voice.
