Mr. Sawyer is a slimy government agent somewhere in his 40s. I only ever imagine his voice as being fairly deep and/or raspy. He's an extremely unpleasant person who is nearly incapable of speaking without a trace of condescension, especially when he is in a superior position than whoever he is dealing with. He genuinely takes pleasure in being as much of a dick as possible, as long as he can get away with it.
I'm sorry, were you under the impression that I care about your moral conundrums? If it helps you sleep better at night, you can console yourself with the knowledge that you never really had a choice in the first place.
Samuel Greene? A proud remnant of our now-inconsequent old enemy, the Brotherhood of Steel? The unapologetic slaver who operates on NCR soil? Yes, how indeed did I know about him? Here he was being so subtle, too.
It certainly wouldn't be the first time such a thing happened. Honestly, it's worth it just for the impotent, outraged letters it prompts.
