A short synopsis of the series:
Mia Benson has a deep passion for dancing and refuses to let others’ opinions about her body hold her back. She embraces what she loves wholeheartedly, regardless of judgment. At school, she joins a dance team, eager to improve her skills and be part of something bigger. It’s only later that she discovers her new friends are competing in an upcoming competition, pulling her into a world of challenges and excitement.
Genre: Young Adult, Drama
This casting call features two new recurring roles whose first appearance begins in Episode 5 and Episode 6 respectfully.
Audition Rules:
Be 18 or older.
Have clear audio - you don't need fancy equipment, just make sure the recording contains only your voice and no background noises.
Say each line 2 to 3 times, and try to do each take a little different from the others to show range.
Show emotions.
And most importantly, have fun! 💃

That's no problem if you can't use Discord. In this case, include an email address, or another social media account (like Bluesky, Instagram, X, etc.)
All voice actors for the roles will be chosen after the deadline.
The deadline might get extended in case I'm looking for more interest.

Jasper is a 17-year-old living in Copperdale with his parents in a townhouse. He's Tim's new special friend. He's in the biology club.
It took Jasper a lot of time before he found courage to come out in front of his parents. He was glad they accepted him the way he is. Since then, they have always supported him, even though Jasper had trouble finding friends. This changed when he met Tim.
Jasper is a very creative person, showing his abilities when he cosplays certain characters (especially from Star Wars). Besides, he's really into gardening. He has a small garden in his room which he takes good care of. He’s also a great supporter. He loves supporting his close friends, often acting like their fan number one. He's like a hype boy, oftentimes screaming "go team!"
(amazed) Are you kidding? It's spot on. You look like a true Jedi Master.
(starstruck) Hi! Seriously, Ashley, that performance? I've never seen anything like it. How did you actually levitate? It looked like real magic.
(excited) You guys have to tell me whenever you're performing from now on. I'm officially your number one fan and I'm not missing a single show.

Martha is an 18-year-old living in Copperdale with her older sister Agatha. She belongs to Sasha’s close group of friends, and she’s part of her dancing team.
Martha had a tough childhood as she witnessed her parents’ divorce. Her and Agatha stayed with their mother. Later, Agatha moved out and left her sister alone with mom. When Martha came out to her, she didn’t like it. At this moment, Martha realized nothing feels like home anymore, so she ran away and lived with her sister. Martha found her second home in Sasha’s dancing team. She felt like Sasha was the kind of friend she’s always needed, next to her sister.
Martha likes supporting her close friends in everything. As part of Sasha’s close group of friends, she uses her creative skills to post short videos of the team performances. She also loves gossipping with Sasha and Naomi.
(supporting Sasha’s side in the argument, saying this to the other person) Exactly. Maybe you should take a look in the mirror before you start pointing fingers.
Don't take this the wrong way, but for someone with such "horrible" memories of her ex, you sure do talk about him a lot.
I have an idea. It'll definitely make you feel better, and I guarantee you'll forget all your "boy problems."
