Minecraft The Anime is an action adventure story about Steve and Alex! Two survivors who meet one night while being attacked by hostile mobs. After they save each other, they quickly become good friends. In the climax of the story Steve and Alex get into a heated argument. The episode ends with Steve and Alex fighting, transforming their friendship into a heated rivalry.
The plan is to create a 4-7 minute 2D indie animated pilot for this series. If the series is successful, I'd love to expand this into a full series with multiple episodes and shorts! This project pays a flat rate of $20 CAD for each role.
Before auditioning for this project, please know you must
-Be able to record all lines needed within a 2 week deadline
-Be willing to sign a contract with NDA using legal name
-Have professional quality microphone
-Record multiple takes of each line
-Be able to receive payment through Paypal
-Be able to communicate through discord or email
-Be professional, don't be a jerk
-AI voices or AI assisted voices are not accepted
You don't need to have knowledge of Minecraft or play the game to audition for this role, but if you are a Minecraft super fan that's great too!

Steve is an immature goofy guy who loves showing off. He's very results focused, and has a utilitarian mindset. (No, you don't need to do a Jack Black impression lol)

They don’t matter! They’re barely even people. They just walk around and say “Hurr” all the time.

Alex is a good hearted survivor with a strong moral backbone. She is very ethics focused, and has a deontological mindset.
