A rabbit that has horns. He should be a UMA (Unidentified Mysterious Animal) from the Wyoming state of America, but for some reason he is guarding the prison along with Yui and Pip. Aside from being a guide in MILGRAM, he also instructs the guards on how to perform their guard duties. He speaks human language, and has a facetious personality. However, only Yui and Pip seems to be able to hear his voice.

Guards, your job is to be the guard of MILGRAM prison. You just have to manage the prisoners. Sounds easy, right? On top of that, you get three meals a day and naps, isn’t it just the best workplace?
Yui is one of the two main protagonists of this prison. They're a cheeky prison guard who enjoys the chaos of the prison. They often poke fun and tease the other prisoners, or even breaks some rules just for a little fun! needless to say, jackalope isn't her biggest fan.

The second main protagonist of Keimugram. She’s a playful prison guard who enjoys talking to the prisoners. She likes to get to know them on a deeper, personal level, breaking that professionalism. She’s a cutie, what could go wrong?

Machi is a petite and demure inmate who frequently prefers solitude. Surprisingly, she is a member of the renowned idol ensemble known as "my!crush," where her unique "idol allure" emanates from her innate shyness. She exudes a palpable nervous energy, often displaying a tendency to startle easily, and leans heavily on the support of her inner circle, perhaps to an excessive degree.

Ruri is an energetic and cheerful prisoner, always bouncing off the walls. She is altruistic and whimsical, her energy and smile always seeming to spread around a room. She looks out for others and always tries her best to get along with everyone and make them smile, no matter what.

Naomi is standoffish and aggressive. She puts up a façade and often comes off as pretentious. She's very witty and sarcastic, often getting into verbal disagreements with other prisoners rather easily. Naomi seems to have a short temper but if you're on her good side, she's shown to be a good ally and friend.
