Project Overview
A Lovecraft visual novel is seeking voices for 2 side characters and a lead character. This casting is for Nyala (Nyarlathotep - Lead Character), Yvonne (Yog-Sothoth - Main Villain) and Daoth (Daoloth - Side Villain).

Nyala is chaotic evil and is somehow both the epitome of chaos as well as 90% crazy random pre-teen who has had too much sugar, just in god form. So as you can imagine, she’s incredibly dangerous and has a bit of an ego. She practically feeds on both fear and annoyance. She is the first girl that the protagonist meets.
“(Excitedly) Oh my god, you’re perfect! Absolutely perfect! Alright, let’s do this! We’re going to go kill mom~!”
“(Indignantly) No!! Don’t you dare pet me! I’m not cute! I AM NYALA! FEARRRR MEEEEEEE.”
“(Calm, somber) Where did I go wrong? I’m supposed to be the best! How did she defeat me? And in front of you, buggy...this is the worst.”
Dao is a bit of a contradiction. Her appearance is that of an edgy, tough, possibly crazy girl who is ready to destroy you with her spear of glass. That is absolutely what she wants you to believe, but the truth is a little more quaint. While she is legitimately very powerful and has abilities others don’t, she is also a bit awkward, very clumsy and trying very hard to appear way cooler than she actually is.
“My name is Daoloth. I will be the last thing you ever see. Prepare yourself.”
“Hastur. It has been some time since we have seen each other. Why have you teamed up with...that? Surely you know of its true nature.”
“You know as well as I do that you can never truly escape! Now face me and—(she trips) AAAAAAAH!”
Yvonne is a lot of things, but ‘a good parent’ is not amongst them. Having raised both Dao and Heather, ultimately causing Heather to run away, Yvonne tends to see others, including other gods, more as things and pawns than people. Residing in a library of infinite knowledge, she knows how most things will play out and can predict most others, but there’s one thing that doesn’t exist within her library, and that’s the protagonist’s entire existence and influence. As a result, she seeks to destroy them before they can disrupt her plans.
“(Angry) How did Hastur find it before me!? This wasn’t how things were supposed to happen...”
“(Condescending) Really, Daoloth? How did you fail at such a simple task? I wasn’t asking for much.”
“(Confident) The setbacks matter not, I will get what I deserve. This universe is rightfully mine!”
