Project Overview

Hiya,

So I am a writer and I am currently working on a graphic novel called War of Dreams. I am going to be uploading parts of my novel onto a site called Webtoon and I am working on promo videos advertising my story. I am in need of two voice actors, One male, and one female.

The characters that I need voices are Mysterious Figure and Hazel. 

I do not have a big budget but I am willing to pay for the lines I need to be recorded and in the future, I will be making more content so I will be needing you for the same character and I will pay more then.

  • Finished early due to life changes.

    There has been an incredible amount of amazing voice actors that auditioned and I wanted to say thank you to all of you!! I have picked who will fill the roles! So congrats to I picked! I have had a few things change since I started this casting call and I had no choice but to finish it early. However Stay tuned in to the social media pages because this is only the beginning! This character is one of the first characters introduced in War of Dreams. He does not have a name and he has been alone for hundreds of years waiting for Hazel to show up. He tries to be warm but he is more curious about how Hazel ended up where she did. His age is unknown but he has the body of a 30-year-old man.

  • Figure: "My, My Child! You must have a poor sense of direction be to have lost your way here...."


  • Figure: (sighs) "That’s a shame…. 

    Take a seat. Time is non-existing in this plane. Might as well make yourself comfortable if you are going to stay here"

  • Figure: " So...Child what brings someone like you to this place willingly? 

    Its okay if you don’t want to talk about it now. I have all the time in the cosmos here...

    You see, in this place, time acts differently. I found that as long as you are here you will not age. 

    This place is known as the river of life. All the auras of all the life in the whole cosmos meet in this place. Together, all the auras follow the path creating this river of light. However….. We are forever stuck here.

    So when you are ready to talk about how you got here... I am all ears."

Hazel is the main character of War of Dreams. She has been reborn multiple times so she is really smart. The age we first see her is 18 years old. She has been through a lot and she blames herself for everything. So she escapes to this place called the River of Life where she meets the Mysterious Figure and she decides to tell her story in hopes to figure out where she went wrong in life.

  • an abyss is supposed to be all-consuming darkness that has no light…. Yet there is a river of light here…

  • "No….  I chose to come here, in the hopes of  no one else getting hurt." 

  • "Then I'll start the day my life changed. My 15th birthday."
