Long running oc project!

Main character of the story and prince of the kingdom. 17 at the start, ages as the story progresses. Exact time unknown, as this is an unfinished story. Teen-Young adult male. Relatively high-pitched for a guy, but not so high you'd assume he's a girl.
As this is going to be an animation, I would prefer if you could sing. I have not figured out yet the songs, and they will be written by another member of our little group. I cannot write songs well.
His personality/short description: the 17 year old prince of a human kingdom. His parents are the king and queen, and make some very.... let's say terrible rules.
A closeted gay man, secretly working against his parents while dealing with assuming the throne, plus an arranged marriage.
He's heavily cautious and guarded around new people, and does not have good social skills outside of politics.
Relatively silly with those he's close with.
Close friends with Oliver, later others as well.
Additional details will be given to whoever is casted!!
You do not have to be biologically male, as long as you can do a medium/high masculine voice.

His personality/short description: a 19 year old vampire living in a human kingdom. The leader of the rebellion, he is a mysterious and unknown figure to most. He seems very cold at first.
The kingdom he resides in is the one Eli is the prince of. (kingdom name to be decided smh)
He fights for equality between the races through peaceful methods. He will only resort to violence if needed, and this will usually only be in self defense.
He is very chatty and silly around those he trusts, and tends to forget he is much stronger than them. Gives big hugs, that kind of character.
He stays calm under pressure. Not easy to fluster, but gets very flustered when he is.
My idea of what he sounds like is Jonah Scott (Joe Sk8 the Infinity), or Joe Zieja (Wriothesley Genshin). You do not have to sound like them, but I would prefer it if you had a similar vocal range!!

A semi-prominent character, only later on in the story. He appears a few times earlier on.
His voice is undetermined, it can be any range as long as it could fit that of a 19 year old cis male.
I do not believe he will need singing.
His personality/short description: changes may be made to his personality, but for now he is a cold, jealous type of character. He is not on the side of Ryx, more gets revealed later on, for now it is spoiler.
When you get to see his caring side, he is soft and sweet. Shows this only to those he is close with.
Note that all of these audition lines may not be in the story. His character and story are still somewhat a work in progress. He gets very emotional at some points.

A relatively prominent role for quite some time. His voice sounds like that of an 8-9 year old and has such an appearance. You must be able to do a young boy's voice, however it should not be the "annoying young kid" trope. He is level headed and relatively monotone.
His personality/short description: a 300+ year old angel. As angels age differently to humans, he has the appearance and voice of an 8-9 year old boy. Note that this is never sexualized in any way, shape or form.
He is calm and monotone, having trouble properly expressing himself facially or verbally. His story is that he fell from heaven, his original home, after a fight with his parents. He now must navigate human society with the help of Eli and his friends.
All of his voice lines are relatively monotone, though some later on will have to be emotional. He might have a song but if the chosen voice actor cannot sing, that is okay !! He does not need one.

A prominent character towards the middle of the story, is only mentioned early on. Somewhat high male voice, late teen-young adult.
Description/personality: A sweet, high energy Angel. Friends with Nico, he is trapped for some time at the beginning. He's a positive person but can be serious when needed. Think of a more chill version of Leo Valdez, if you've read Percy Jackson.
He's about 17 in human years at the beginning of the story. Age is irrelevant to angel friendships, it's not abnormal for friends to be so far apart.
As an angel, he too can see into people and determine if they are good, evil or neutral. This is part of why he's so optimistic and happy, he can't be fooled. Other than that, what's the point? Being sad doesn't help much.
He does however get very emotional at some points, and for a time is low energy and dejected.
I imagine him to sound a bit like Matt Shipman, English voice actor of Reki from Sk8 the infinity. You do not have to sound like him though!! That's just what I feel like so far.
These lines might not appear in the actual story, but are things I feel Jay might end up saying.

A bit of a minor role. She does not have any singing, but does show up more later on.
Soft female voice.
Description/personality: As a girl and the second born of the family, she feels a bit overshadowed by her brother. She loves him and understands it's not his fault, but still feels conflicted. Takes a neutral stance on most things. She doesn't want to upset anyone. She's soft spoken for quite some time, well-mannered etc. Has emotional points and character development later on.

A semi prominent character mid-way through the story. She has a mid-deep feminine voice.
Description/personality: A knight. She is very loyal to whoever she swears her life to, and needs good reasoning to even think anything else. He is strong, fierce, and might not even open up after years. She has to judge someone's character before giving them the time of day. They open up and become emotional later on, to an extent. Being seen as "weak" for being female, she grew to be cold to most people. They also don't care for gender, and believe that someone's personality is more important.
Note that the lines might not be used in the actual story, and are just things I believe she would say.

A prominent character for most of the story. He cares not for gender, but presents very masculine and if he really had to pick one, he supposes he would be a boy. Mid-deep ish vocal tone, teen-young adult.
Description/personality: a 19 year old vampire. He's relatively quiet around those he does not know, but attempts to help everyone he can, even if they are his "enemy". He knows first aid and will use it.
He does not interact with many people and therefore is a little naive. He's not good at reading people. Caring and protective of those he's close with.
He/they pronouns are used most through the series.

Minor character, shows up only for a short time. Deep young adult male voice.
Description: A thief. Can get a bit hot-headed. More details given to whoever is cast.

Somewhat of a smaller role. Any vocal range, as long as it fits that of a late teen-young adult male.
Description/personality: Changes a lot. They don't even know their own personality. Generally present cold and judgmental. He shows up somewhat later on in the story. You have to be flexible and be able to change tone quickly.
These lines are not guaranteed to be in the story.

I am looking for animators, or just one if they are willing to take on the entire project themself. Note that this is a lot of work.
You can have any animation style, but smoother/more frames are preferred. (bar is NOT high for this, I'll practically take any sort of animation)
You must be willing to work with gore, though none of it is super heavy.
If you are not willing to take on the whole animation yourself, you must be open to working with other animators.

Songwriter needed for a few songs throughout the production. I will give you a concept or theme for the song, like what it should be about and who will sing it. Other than that, you will have creative freedom.
