Who is Tycer?
Hello! I'm Tycer, a Minecraft Youtuber who focuses on producing 360 videos on the TycerVR channel. 5 Mil Monthly Views
What is this project?
On my YouTube channel 'TycerVR' I produce two videos a week with my 'Friends' within our 'World' of Minecraft. These are semi-scripted improvised Minecraft Videos (Example of a Script is below), where my group of creators (Listed Below), plays/reacts/improvs through different scenarios!
These vary from 'Escaping SCP 096!' to playing 'Hide and Seek with Cameras!' and depend on the series we're filming at the time. Currently I have two serises running; one focused on going to other scenarios/worlds and completing 'Missions'; alongside a more casual series on our 'Friend Island'.
Us, as creators look to use the Pre-Built Minecraft World and our Characters together to bring Scripts to life.
You will be joining our team to create and produce Kid Friendly Minecraft Content, and elevating these videos to new highs! We always to want to improve and make the best content possible!
Characters?
I currently have no set character/role to fill. I'm looking for 1-2 more highly talented voice actors to join our group, we can build and design a character that best suits your personality, skillset, and taste!
Recording Times?
Our current recording times are Fixed. You will need to be available between the hours of 5pm BST to 8pm BST on Wednesdays. This may change in the future; if these times don't work for you but you still wish to apply, please do so (And make a note in your application)! And I'll come back to reach out if our timings change.
Other Team Members?
As with most Improv work, the team that you'll be joining and creating alongside can make (or break) some awesome content. Currently my team is as follows: Tycer, UnicornMann, ThePinkDiamondDiva, KezzaChi. We're based in a mix of the UK and the USA. We're all welcoming and excited to bring someone new onboard!
Minecraft? What's that?
You'll need to have at least a basic knowledge of the video game Minecraft to be able to excel in this role. We record on PC on the Java edition of Minecraft typically using Mod-Packs (we can assist if you've not modded Minecraft before). You don't need to be a Minecraft Pro, but prior video game knowledge is a must.
Kid Friendly?
Yes! All my content is aimed at a younger audience. Thus it is expected that you will bring energy and excitement to the recordings for this style of content.
Example Script?
Sure! Here's two excerpts that we recently recorded!
'Ghosting About': Tycer and Friend are out late at night at the Graveyard. They want to scare Luke, Kezz and Pink. They do, but then a spirit gives them an enticing offer. Tycer and Friend are spirits, and need help from the group to get back to normal.
'Baby Ninja': Pink (The NInja) is teaching friend (The Baby) to become the ultimate Ninja in Minecraft! They sneak around Tycer, Kezz's and Lukes bases tricking them. However, as Pink reveals her EVIL plan, Friend stops her!
Other Technical Requirements:
We record using a combination of Discord & TeamSpeak. Payments are made Via Paypal (Bank Transfer is Possible). Your Microphone setup will need to be at your computer, as you will be playing Minecraft while Improv Voice Acting.
