When her friends cancel a planned road trip to Colorado, an older sister decides to take her younger brother instead. What begins as a backup plan slowly turns into something meaningful, as the two of them drive long stretches of highway, stop at roadside diners, and share cheap snacks with the windows down. They spend one night sleeping in a Walmart parking lot, joking about it being the cheapest hotel in America, and another evening camping by accident when plans fall apart, finding themselves by a small fire under the stars. Through these moments the brother does his best to draw her out, reminding her that joy can still be found in the smallest things. She seems to soften along the way, rediscovering little glimpses of peace and purpose. But in the end, the truth is revealed: the road trip never really happened. It was only the brother imagining what he wishes he could have done if he had known his sister was going to take her life.
Really open to any art style on this idea. My vision is mostly in 3D though so I don't think I am gonna go with 2d on this one. But I do like the idea of mixing it in some areas?
Looking for writers who can expand the story. If you have a sibling that's a plus. I wish I could pay more than $20 but I don't have a job and really don't have any money. Really sorry about that.
Even if you are not interested in the role please let me know if you like or resonate with the idea. Would mean a lot. I try to write stuff that can resonate with people. My goal has always been to be able to produce stuff that shows that there is joy and meaning in life even when not visible.
Again this film is by no means gonna be finished any time soon I just want some rough concept art and some more ideas for the story to flesh it out. So I can repurpose that later down the line if I do end up creating it.

Looking for a concept artist to make a couple pieces of art from crucial scenes. I am open to really any art style. I really am looking for something creative feel free to even have it not be grounded in reality.
