Interdimensional Field Trip is an episode special in my on-going animatic series, Kirby's Adventures in Dream Land. You can check out the previous episodes in my Previous Works!
The story of this special takes place when Kirby's friend, Magolor takes him and his friends to a different dimension where they characters meet alternate versions of themselves from the Kirby Right Back At Ya anime.
For those unaware, the world of the Kirby games is completely different than the world established in the anime!
For roles, the characters from the Kirby games series are already cast! It's mostly some of the characters from the Kirby anime series that need voices. If you've voiced in a previous project of mine, you're more than welcome to try out again!
Tiff is a very intelligent girl from the Kirby anime. She she loves to read and cares deeply for the environment.
For the voice, I'm looking for something close to how she sounds in the English dub of the show. Very firm, stern and intelligent. With a little bit of bossiness.
Tiff wonder what the commotion is about after her brother comes to her in a panic.
" ….Tuff, what in the world are you going on about now?"
Tiff figures out that there are alternate versions of her friends from a different dimension.
"So you're from an alternate dimension where there are other versions of people we know?"
Tiff wonders why the Kirby game characters came to their dimension in the first place.
"So that begs the question. Why did you come to our dimension? Did you come to warn us about a threat or something?"
Tuff is a fun loving little boy and the younger brother of Tiff.
I want him to sound similar to how he does in the English dub of the show. Sound a bit gruff, young, careless and eager.
Tuff accidentally kicks Kirby sky high, instantly regretting.
"Shoot, I always do that! I'm gonna have another ear full from sis.."
After kicking Kirby, Tuff notices another Kirby and some other guy near by.
"Hey, Kirby. What are you doing here? I thought I kicked you into the stratosphere?"
Tuff explains to the Kirby game characters how their worlds Dedede is.
"Yeah, Dedede hates our Kirby. He'd probably flip if he saw two of you."
King Dedede from the Kirby anime is the ruthless tyrant of a ruler. He loves being mean to his people and hates Kirby.
For the voice, he should sound like he does in the English dub of the show. A jolly yet bratty southern texan voice.
Dedede finds out about his video game world counterpart and is not happy.
"Now listen here, you yellow bellied fraud! You've earned yourself a one way ticket to my dungeon!"
Dedede decides to go out for a drive, but can't find his car.
"Hey, where'd my limo go? I need to have my daily fortune read sometime today!"
Customer Service is a salesman for the evil monster company, Nightmare Enterprises. He is very upfront, cunning and persuasive.
I want him to sound like he does in the English dub of the show. Do your best Dan Green voice!
Customer Service appears and greets himself.
"Greetings D Meister! You're looking pretty fly today, too, Escargoon!"
Customer Service has a solution to King Dedede's problem with doubles of himself and others.
"I've got just the thing for your duplicate dilema! Oooohoohoohoohoohoohoo!"
