Kaguya-sama: Love is War fandub
Project Overview
Hello, I'm William! This is a fandub of Kaguya-sama: Love is war. This project will mostly be worked on and edited by myself (but that will probably change in the future).
If you're not familiar with Love is War, the premise is quite simple. The President and vice-President of the Student Council (those being Shirogane and Kaguya) are in love with each other, but don't know it. Throughout the whole series, they play these mind games to get one of them to confess to the other. However, there exists one factor that acts as a wildcard, Chika Fujiwara! She is not abound by the rules that those 2 play by, and is often the deciding factor on who wins. During these games, other characters are often caught in the crossfire, and hilarity ensues!
I am only concerned with season 1 of the show. I will do season 2, but more likely later down the road. So any characters from season 2 will be done in a later casting call.
Mic quality isn't too big of a concern. However, it is necessary to to not have any background noise, and the quality I say should at least be up to a BM-800 (as in, not that great, but usable). Also of note, these characters are loud, boisterous, so be confident in your acting! Don't just whisper. actually put your heart into it!
NOTE:
Since I am a huge fan of the series, I will be auditioning for Ishigami! Don't necessarily follow my example, or feel discouraged to audition for him!
Discord is not required, but it helps a lot in keeping in touch with each other. If you have Discord, put it in the notes of your auditions.
UPDATE:
The narrator has been changed from an American Accent, to any accent. You can audition for other characters if you have an accent however. Just know that the Narrator will be your best bet.

Deadline pushed back
The deadline has been moved to August 30th due to personal issues. Nothing serious, just something unexpected came up. (Also gives me a chance to finish up the script.) -
Auditions
Since I have gotten a bit of questions of line delivery and voices and such, I have decided to put my recordings of how I want a line delivered! Ignore any quirks of my voice such as some raspyness or anything of the sort (however any sort of quivering in it is intentional). You don't have to follow any of them exactly, they're just more so guidelines. Also, this won't affect you much if you auditioned before I put this out, it won't decrease your chances. Any afterwards though more than likely will (and if you still wish to increase your chances, you can re-audition with these new deliveries). -

He is the narrator for the show. He introduces characters, gives them some background or more information. He also tells the viewer some of the character's inner thoughts, but is just as goofy as the rest of the cast.

His voice is the only one where I have something in mind (with it being more in-line with the original voice). His voice should be deep and a bit raspy, as well as sounding like an elder.

It's a prestigious school with an ancient and honorable origin,founded as a facility to educate upper crust children. The focus on the nobility is gone, but many talented students born into wealthy, distinguished families and shouldering the future attend school. Naturally ordinary people wouldn't be permitted to lead and bring these students together!

He sees things as objective as possible, without feelings getting in the way. But this all changes when he falls in love with Kaguya, and starts to understand emotion.
