Let's Play and Perform Strider 2
Project Overview

Seeking 21 and over actors for a Let's Play and Perform of Strider 2 . This is a short game at roughly 45 minutes and will only take one night.
What is a "Let's Perform" ?
They are akin to cold reads with a mix of stage, on-camera, and voice acting. They are done for fun and for practice(acting and being a professional, real names are required for credits), basically to provide an English dub when the game has either no voice acting or voice acting in another language. The performances are live-streamed to Twitch and uploaded to YouTube for archival purposes. The game's screen is streamed to Discord for participants to read their character lines, while the game is played.
Although this is technically voice acting, my approach is more akin to screen and stage acting due to the live aspect and the mandatory requirement of having cameras on for Discord. This is so you can look at your scene partners and deliver your lines to them. You will be recorded on camera as a behind the scene video and for memorable moments. If you're a voice actor, I still encourage you to apply if you're interested. However, those who are only here to line hunt are not recommended.

When Are the Streaming Sessions?Event will be on Saturday at 11:30 PM EST on August 1st.
Please understand that when you're commit to this project, you will commit to showing up. If you will be absent, please let me know in advance. Unexplained absences or last minute cancellations due to events within your control are not acceptable. If you have a variable work schedule on Saturday night or health conditions, this will not be a good project for you.
AUDITION INSTRUCTIONSYou must slate your first and last name before your performance. Please do not do that AABBCC format. Again this is closer to onscreen or stage acting. If you want to do a separate take, do it again at the end.
Please be aware that you will be pre-screened with questions before scheduling a callback to make sure you have read the project description or watched the video explanation for "What is a Let's Perform."
Voice Actor
A being of nearly godlike powers, most information about Grandmaster Meio's origins or details such as nationality or age, are unknown. There's a lot of speculation surrounding the truth behind his origins, such as him being an alien entity from a distant nebula. What's known with certainty is that Grandmaster Meio suddenly appeared on Earth one day, and became the absolute ruler of the planet in a few years.
A cruel and evil character, Grandmaster Meio has no morals, ethics or even respect for life of any kind, and only cares for his own ambitions. He shows no interest in the well-being of his subjects, seeing them as nothing but playthings, and even willing to perform mass genocide if they don't live up to his expectations. He also exhibits a pronounced obssession for total control and an ambition that knows no bounds: not satisfied with only taking over the world, Meio desires to unify every single living being on Earth under his rule

Voice Actor
The leader of the Light Sword Cypher, an organization rules over the world for Grand Master Meio. He would die and do anything for the Grand master.

Voice Actor
A high-ranking officer in Light Sword Cypher. He serves as the captain of the group's powerful flying fortress, the Battleship Balrog. Wilhelm is a very skilled and acrobatic swordfighter who wields an unique high-voltage plasma weapon known as a Shock Blade, which he christened Denkoumaru. Much like every Infantry aboard the Balrog, he has his legs replaced with metallic removable prosthetics, which allows him to stand on vertical surfaces with ease.
