Hyperlinked: Byte Sized (Round 1 of VA Auditions)
Project Overview
Hyperlinked: Byte Sized will be a continuation of the original Hyperlinked webtoon posted back in 2021. Each strip (with the exception of a small handful of ideas) will be around 4-5 panels or more that revolve around the lives of a cast of humanized websites/social media in the Surface Web. The beginning would focus on the main cast [e.g. Reddit (Snoo and Smoo), Twitch, Discord, 4chan, Discord, etc.], but as the story goes on we will begin to focus on other characters (e.g. Vine, YouTube, Tinder, Snapchat, and many, many others). There was never one concrete storyline, but several arcs and events coinciding, and would’ve been taken on an intensely serialized approach (for example, the arcs and conflicts will be in a vacuum, but most of them would eventually be connected to past and future events).

The original creator of the comic would be u/ScratchyLuigiPants (aka ScraggySocks), who is to thank for coming up with the original base for the concept, along with u/Renrenyt (aka Renbie,) who took over and used her creative liberty in turning Hyperlinked into what it is now.

Reddit girl, Snoo's love interest. The more "wholesome" side of Reddit or r/teenagers.
- Despite looking Similar, they both aren't all related other than the site they originate from.
- Very kind and wholesome, even with people who are hostile towards her
- Tries to please everyone, very self-conscious

- Acts bigoted just for the sake of being offensive because it's his way of using "dark humor." If challenged about it he will excuse it with "Satire" (He genuinely means it as a joke, but goes way too far to the point where many people think he thinks that)
- Will label anyone who gets angered over social issues as an "SJW"
- Has a pet frog named Peepee who he loves very much
- Kind of lacks empathy
- Has multiple alt accounts used for raids and trolling.
This should be a very fun position to do. If you choose to VA or audition for him then you WILL have to find filler words for censoring purposes.
