Gwain Saga English Fan Dub

Project Overview

Gwain saga is an animated series that was posted to youtube and newgrounds back in 2016. The show follows Geo as he gets transported from earth to a new world called Teora. I loved the series back then and just have rewatched recently still enjoy it. I thought how cool it would be if the series was fully voiced acted. and with episode 9 just around the corner (copium) I thought now is any better time to start working on it.

I am currently plaining to do the first 6 episodes at least for right now to gauge how interested other people would be in leading there voice to such a project

Requirements
-be at least 15+
-have a working mic with little to no background noise
-have a way of sending audio files to me (discord, Emil, dropbox, etc)

  • THINGS MOVING FOWARD

    as the deadlines comes near the end I wanted to give a quick update about things moving forwarded. I will be going over all of the submissions this weekend and inviting the people chosen to a discord server. The discord sever is NOT mandatory to join it is just there as an easy way to get information across to the cast. If you are casted and don't want to join the discord message me about your preferred communication. And lastly a big thank you for every one who submitted seeing other people willing to commit there time to this project has been a great motivator. So thank you.

Geo is the silent protagonist of Gwain Saga originally from are world he gets Isekai'd into this fantasy world. Being a silent protag there are not that many instances of spoken dialog there are a few but the majority of your lines will be sounds (kinda like Link from the legend of zelda) 

For his voice I was thinking some form of anime protagonist but I am not to picky on how he sounds

Ami is the princess of the kingdom She is the first person Geo meats in the new world and much like Geo she dose not have dialog instead most of her "lines" are just reaction sounds

with out dialog is hard to give much voice direction as such I am leaving it up to your interpretation. (good luck)

Queen Gwain is stern, stoic, and very overprotective towards her daughter Ami, though she is kindhearted and cares for the well-being of her people and Ami. She initially has a very hostel attitude towards Geo but eventually trusts him enough to make him a body guard to Ami if only to keep a close eye on him at first.

Vania is a mysterious woman with little information about her. Vania is like an anti hero she committed a crime bad enough to be locked in Castle Gwain's dungeon for many years but also helps out Geo in Ep1 by giving him a sword and giving him the run down on how different he is and his new found strength in this world. She is strong commanding, most of the time calm and professional but can sound very angary when needs be.
