I'm looking for a team of talented people. NO AI is allowed in ANY of your work. If i find out you're using generative AI in ANY of your work you're automatically not getting the job, If you're already hired then it's immediate termination. You MUST be 18 or older to work for me.

Producer
I need someone who has knowledge on making games and/or running a development team, as i have no idea what i'm doing. I need someone who'll help direct others, help manage finances, and help advertise. This is the only job that is NOT paid per submission, but once money is made to work on the games you will be paid for your work. I CANNOT guarantee payment right away, but i can try my best to fund the money to pay for your efforts. I just really need help, idk what i'm doing :(
