"Frostbite" 2 Characters Needed (1F/1M) For RWBY One-shot audiodrama

Project Overview

Hello everyone! Another casting call heading your way. 

Frostbite is a one-shot audiodrama based around Rowan Reignier and Winter Schnee well into their relationship. Please let it be known that these two characters will ALSO be featured in the JSPR and Broken audiodramas as they also contain canon characters to the RWBY audiodrama. This is rated 18+ due to scenes of violence, acts of terrorism, and prejudice against Rowan's species the faunus. 

Also note that I will be live streaming myself going through your auditions on the 11th of June on Twitch on my channel "ChibiJoVT" 

My requirements are simple but stern:

At first glance, Winter appears to be a cold, serious and distant person who prefers to keep her emotions subdued, speaking in a very stoic way which most likely comes due to her being a soldier. She is fiercely commited and loyal to the military and acts as Ironwood's second-in-command and right-hand. Even going so far as to detonate a bomb with Yang's group still inside.

However, when interacting with Weiss, she smiles and shows that she cares about her younger sister's life and well-being, based on how she inquires if Weiss has been eating properly, gained any new hobbies and made any new friends in "It's Brawl in the Family".

Winter is very intuitive towards her younger sister's emotions. With that said, she is not afraid to raise her hand at her younger sister whenever she is annoyed or act cold towards her as shown in Weiss's Volume 5 character short.

In terms of voice I would like it to sound similar to Elizabeth Maxwell's take on the character in RWBY. Doesn't have to be 1:1 but something similar will suffice.

  • I don't recall asking about your ranking, I'm asking how you've been. Are you eating properly? Have you taken up any hobbies? Are you making new friends? (To her little sister Weiss. Showing concern)

  • You can't just buy trust like everything else! You have to earn it! (An outburst at a dinner in Schnee Manor towards her father who she has.... a not so good relationship with.

  • Now I’m gonna go home, hope they have everything cleaned up and get some rest. You should do the same. (Relieved and tired but yet somehow still holding a commanding presence)

General James Ironwood

Ironwood took great pride in his role as a protector of Atlas and believed the Kingdom had the responsibility to protect Remnant. As a result, he often employed shows of force as a way of projecting a sense of strength and safety he felt was necessary to ward off enemies.

However, as courteous as Ironwood appeared, he could also be incredibly blunt and bullheaded, often preferring the direct and brazen approach. When he felt necessary, Ironwood was not afraid to bring the full might of his military command to bear, which sparked disagreements with both Glynda and Ozpin. Nevertheless, Ironwood was extremely loyal to his comrades, and however questionable his methods were, he seemed to have genuinely good intentions behind them.
For all his good intentions, he did have a number of flaws. Ironwood consistently believed only his ideas were justified, something he did not deny. This lead to a more proactive yet headstrong approach to problems and attempting more strict preemptive measures, as opposed to Ozpin's more subtle, reactive and analytical methods. Ironwood also didn't care about Ozpin's rules and ideology which was shown when he created the Ace Operatives, a five person team that lacked a individualistic color theme because he preferred an efficient collective team instead.

Voicewise I would like something similar to Jason Rose's take on the character
