Clover is a spy, whose real identity is Cassandra Deacon. She’s snappy, sarcastic, but most of all- charming. And she’ll have what she wants how she wants it. Clover is a flirtatious lesbian, but it’s not to be forgotten that she’s made herself a killing machine; one that comes with issues.
1) assertive, pep-talk “Stopping them was never going to be easy, Dr. Heart. You said it yourself, the psycho concoction you’ve been brewing up in that warehouse is dangerous; and if we don’t stop them soon, they will use it.”
2) impressed, flirty “You’ve got skills for such a lady-thing like you, I just know you’ve got some wild secrets in that pretty head of yours.”
3) stressed, sad “It’s not about you, it was never ‘bout you… kay? It was about him. His-his antics- this whole hero complex… that somehow he would be saving me from- from my own job, by the way, by sneaking up on me.”
Cameron Heart, better known as notorious graduate: Dr. Heart. She never meant to hurt anyone, but it’s not like she didn’t know the consequences of her every action until now. She’s a cocky, flirtatious mess. You could probably assume that she has a god-complex, but that’s just what she wants everyone to think; under the surface, she’s just scared.
1) bratty “Come on Key… what’s your real name? I’m the only person here to hear you say it. We’re partners, and in our case especially; we need to trust each other.”
2) proud “We did it! Honestly- the craft we’ve been putting our hearts and souls into all these years… Key, we freaking did it!”
3) intimidating “What’s your goal here? Break into my warehouse, mess with my project, and then what? Expect to get away with it? If anything, you’re the one with the ego issue.”
Your self-absorbed, inconsiderate maniac scientist is here, and he wants your undying loyalty. Dr. Key is as charming as he is unbearable; he can be rude and persuasive at the same time. He’s not misunderstood, just an asshole.
I welcome any accents for him, but it’s not required.
1) cold “Why would I want a partnership with you? You’re impulsive, have never been dedicated to your work, and god knows what kind of scum you’d bring into the warehouse.”
2) interrogative “Alright ‘Clover,’ what’s a secret operative like you doing with that clueless junkie? It’s unprofessional, and honestly insulting to me.”
3) manipulative “You chose me over your lifetime friend, what makes you think she’ll tale you back now? Accept the reality of your situation, Marcus; you need me.”
Matthew is the stoic of the group, keeps to himself but still enjoys engaging in an entertaining conversation. He’s a mystery to everyone, where he came from, who he works for. Stealth is his strength, whether it be becoming invisible in a room or sneaking up on an unsuspecting victim, he’s great at it. I’m very specific about his voice, he’s a smooth talker, makes you comfortable.
1) informative “Dr. Key ordered that we retrieve those two with zero evidence, that implies you keeping the humming to a minimum, hm?”
2) friendly “Don’t worry about me, talk. I’m only here to intervene given the conversation becomes physical.”
3) entertained, laughter “You really smashed a rat with your guitar? Wow, then you’re braver than you let on?”
Stuttering, mumbling, over confident junkie with a large soft spot for anyone who shows him kindness. What trouble will he get into? Most importantly, what will he do for someone he’s completely loyal to?
1) surprised “Holy fucking shit? Clover this- this is insane… you, a spy? No- sorry, secret operative.”
2) hurt “I know I was being stupid, but come on! I just wanted to see if you were in danger.”
3) proud “You of all people should know that I- that I would be the guy who shows up with the stash of much-needed drugs.”
