Mr. Hughes is a bureaucratic lieutenant for the famous cattle baron, Buck Booth. After Booth and the player succeed in their campaign, Hughes shows up to be the de-facto administrator for cleanup. Adult Male.

Bighorn Bob comes from the Colorado territories. As a child, his village constantly found themselves in between rival gangs fighting to their territory. He is a hardened mercenary, who is trying to make amends for his past. Middle Aged male.

Was passing through to see what all the commotion was about. Lots of folks back East spoke of a bright, shinin' city in the desert. Some told of its shining riches, and others of its clean water and luscious greenery.
But truth be told, when I got here I wasn't all too impressed. Saw the same ol' shit that was back home - good people strugglin' to get by while the thugs and money-men ruled with an iron fist.
