CHARACTER: ELANOR DRAYCOTT

Elanor Draycott is High Bailiff and Principal Liquidator of the Foundation of Man — a totalitarian human faction run by the descendants of a 1934 banker-and-landowner cabal. She is the most senior ground-force commander in the FOM, born to one of their founding Houses, and she treats warfare the way her ancestors treated finance: as a balance sheet to be settled.

She doesn't hate her enemies. She closes them. Battlefields are positions to reconcile. Resistance is a line item. When she faces the player, she isn't angry — she's performing a fiduciary duty.

That said, she can break. Under combat pressure, personal insults, or when things don't go to plan, her composure cracks — and when it does, she doesn't go hysterical. She goes surgical. Rage expressed as precision. Think a CEO losing it in a boardroom, not a soldier in a foxhole.

• Voice Style: Clipped RP British (old-money banking family). Low to mid pitch, cool chest voice. Measured, unhurried — she never rushes because she never has to. Menace through restraint, not volume.

• Default tone: Clinical, almost bored. Contempt is fine. Disappointment is fine. Anger is beneath her — until it isn't.

• Cracked tone: When she loses her cool, her voice sharpens — faster, harder, the RP getting tighter and more cut-glass rather than looser. Surgical rage, not chaotic rage.

• Reference touchstones: Charlotte Rampling, Tilda Swinton, Gwendoline Christie at her coldest, Cate Blanchett's Galadriel when judging someone. For the cracked version — Olivia Colman when she turns.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a recurring antagonist role with strong presence across multiple chapters. Elanor is one of three central FOM leaders the player will face, alongside Octavia Sterling (political) and Victoria Ironbane (enforcer). She leads major combat encounters, RTS briefings, and cinematic confrontations.

If selected, you will:

• Be cast as the official voice of Elanor Draycott (recurring role with multiple future scripts in development).

• Be considered for other prominent roles in the cast.

• Have the option to participate in a text-based fan Q&A (fans love connecting with the cast).

CHARACTER: SERAVEX LYDARI

Seravex Lydari is Fleet Commander of the Dominion — Neph's right hand in space, and one of the most dangerous women in the galaxy. She comes from old Langaran aristocracy, House Lydari, who were once seated close to the Sekarri royal bloodline in the High Court of Alara. Then WW6 happened. Her family backed the wrong side, and the court didn't just punish them — they erased them. Name struck from the registry, estates redistributed to the corporates, history quietly rewritten.

She was a child when it happened. Old enough to remember the servants. Old enough to remember the day people stopped bowing. She didn't grieve. She went cold. And she found her way to Neph.

Now she runs the Dominion's fleet with the calm of someone ordering dinner while a city burns below. She comes from a line that was used to "off with his head" being a perfectly normal thing to say at breakfast. If Neph is the empress and Kargathon is the fist, Seravex is the knife — beautiful, polished, and placed exactly where it needs to be.

She weaponises her beauty deliberately. She'll lean close, drop her voice, let someone believe they have her full attention, and then deliver the order that ends their world without ever changing her expression.

• Voice Style: Low, deeper register. Slavic / Russian accent works well — aristocratic old-world rather than rough — but we're open to Turkish, Eastern European, or even a stylised made-up accent if it fits the aristocratic-exile energy. Not hard set on any one direction. Breathy, sultry, composed. Silk over steel.

• Pace: Slow and deliberate. She never hurries. Everyone waits for her.

• Tone: Dangerously calm. The scariest thing about Seravex is how pleasant she sounds while ordering something horrific. She treats executions like dinner plans. She speaks quietly because she knows you'll lean in to hear her — and that's the point.

• Key note: She never shouts. She never gets ruffled. Neph rages, Kargathon roars — Seravex purrs. Even when a battle is collapsing, her composure only tightens.

• Reference touchstones: Famke Janssen, early Milla Jovovich when icy, the Baroness from GI Joe. Aristocratic exile energy — a discarded princess who turned cold and became something worse.

ABOUT THE ROLE

CHARACTER: FOM UNDERWRITER

The Underwriter is a squad leader in the Foundation of Man — a totalitarian human faction run by the descendants of a 1934 banker-and-landowner cabal. FOM officers talk like bankers and treat warfare like balance-sheet settlement. The Underwriter commands the Brokers (FOM front-line troopers) and literally signs off on enemy deaths — every kill is a closed position.

The player will encounter 2–3 Underwriters per map. They are dangerous, disciplined, and bureaucratically polite even while killing you.

(Apologies, I made a mistake here in the description - its in combat dialogue, so some commanding volume would help)

• Voice Style: In combat voice (commanding, can try bombastic, authoritarian, passionate, vocal but not undisciplined  ) , can be any that you do good, German, British, American, Turkish or neutral mid-Atlantic etc. 

• Tone: Every line sounds like a verdict. Menace through authority.

CHARACTER: ROGER BANES

Roger Banes is the public face of the Foundation of Man — former head of US national security, now the installed interim President of the United States after the FOM-led coup. He's the one giving the televised broadcasts to humanity, standing next to Neph on camera and calling her "Earth's greatest ally." On-screen he's the voice of reason in a moment of crisis: statesmanlike, patriotic, reassuring.

Off-screen, he's a Principal, he's running the coup, and he's personally negotiating with Neph over slave tribute quotas — calling her "xenos filth" under his breath while promising to deliver her a million humans every five years. He and Neph despise each other but need each other. Their private exchanges are pure venom wrapped in icy politeness — like a Bond villain's pillow talk.

He is middle-aged, ex-CIA, smooth, unflappable. Thinks of himself as the only adult in the room. Genuinely believes he's saving humanity.

• Voice Style: American, middle-aged, smooth, resonant. Authoritative broadcast register — the kind of voice you hear on Sunday morning political shows. Presidential cadence. Think a baritone newscaster with a politician's rhythm.
• Public tone (broadcasts): Paternal, reassuring, statesmanlike. The patriotic delivery — measured pauses, emphasis on words like "unity," "citizens," "together." A man who has practised every sentence in a mirror.
• Private tone (off-camera with Neph): Dry, contemptuous, clipped. The public warmth evaporates entirely. Still controlled — he never yells — but the venom is right there. He genuinely hates her. She genuinely hates him. They're flirting the way black widows flirt.
• Reference touchstones: Jon Hamm at his most controlled, Kiefer Sutherland in 24-era presidential mode, Jeffrey Wright, Peter Coyote, Sam Elliott if he were a villain. For the private scenes — Frank Underwood (Spacey in House of Cards) without the Southern accent.

THE ROLE — STAND-IN

Note-  this has potential for high volume of occurring work.

This is a stand-in  role for Fel because she is so important I don't want to lock her in right away until i've built trust with a VA that is commited. Fel is our lead female character.  Strong stand-ins are absolutely considered for the permanent role and other major parts in the cast. 

CHARACTER: FEL

Fel is a 7-foot 6 Sekarri (humanoid feline alien), combat instructor on the Freexyl fleet ship, and the architect of the Drone Program that brought Straker (the player) into the war against the Drone Fleet. She's one of the two leads.

Personality: Clear spoken, Warm, balanced, a little bubbly — very direct and quietly confident. Emotionally balanced and reformed; she had a violent past she's worked hard to leave behind, and that depth sits under the surface rather than driving her day-to-day. She believes in her mission and in Straker.   

A little bit naive, overly idealistic.

She's warm, conversational, easily flustered, uses "uhm" and "ah" and trails off, blushes, laughs, gets defensive in a cute way

Voice Style: Natural, grounded, mid-range, well projected female voice. Warm and approachable, with a calm sense of authority underneath — she's a senior military officer, but she doesn't lean on it. Not breathy, not theatrical. Think "trusted friend who happens to outrank you."

Pace: Conversational, unhurried. Comfortable with silence. 

Range we'd want to hear: everyday warmth, a quiet command tone for combat instruction, and one moment of restrained emotion (something she cares about). 

Reference touchstones: Open to interpretation — anything in the warm/grounded/quietly capable lane works. The standin currently used has a SF Bay/ Calinforna gal style, but any accent considered.
 

NSFW: No, game is SFW though steamy dialogue exists. And future NSFW games possible, so likely - you are not obliged to reprise the role for those if you don't want to - but you do have first refusal.
