Project Overview
Happy April, everyone! We always recruit new people every 3 months! We're currently working on two major projects. We're also making non-gacha related visual novels and web series, so if you're into that, you should also join too. I've gotten many messages about how amazing the group has been for our writers and artists, and I hope that Dreunix can help you in your creative writing skills as well! Please do note that we primarily do Gacha but we are open to creating any project! Anyway, have the copy paste of the thingy with the thingy and the thingy
Dreunix Studios wants to make Gacha content that breaks the walls of what's been seen in the Gacha community.
We are looking for writers, animators, artists, and voice actors. We don't want to make your regular "uwu my alpha bf Jake dumped me for the cat girl Marissa" stuff. We want our viewers to see the kind of character arcs that make them cry, and the worldbuilding that makes their jaws drop. We want stories that should belong in a real movie. I hope that you're willing to get close to achieving that- original and outstanding ideas.
We actually have already had a casting call for writers! Originally, I wanted to hire only 2-3, but why only have a handful of projects in progress at a time, when instead, we can have anything that we find interesting as a project? Also, I wanted to make a new project so it was clear that we still need more people. We currently have ~40 members on staff, with most being in-house voice actors.
I should probably actually explain how the studio works. Writers will submit a script to a director, or they can direct it themselves, if they're into that. A final draft is submitted to me where I will greenlight the project, and they will use our many animators, voice actors, character designers, artists, and music producers to make a final project, that will be uploaded to our Youtube channel.
Requirements for EVERYONE
- Be 13+. Lying about it after signing the contract (which will be sent to you before you join) means that we can take legal action against you.
- Don't be racist or homophobic.
- Please actually be passionate about this project! You don't have to be active all the time, but please, show a genuine interest.
- Be a nice person. It's alright to give constructive criticism, but don't be rude!
- You will be able to take up other projects outside of our studio, but please make sure to meet deadlines!
Requirements for WRITERS
- Have an available Google account for script sharing
- Write clean scripts, not stories, SCRIPTS
Requirements for ANIMATORS
- Please note that we're looking for both Live2D and screenshot animators! It doesn't matter which one you can do, but at least have decent skill in it
- LIVE2D: Have some skill in tweening
- LIVE2D: We do not have any Live2D series in development at this point in time, so you might not work for a little while.
Requirements for VOICE ACTORS/SINGERS
- Have a good mic. Mediocre acting can be fixed, but a mediocre mic cannot be fixed (unless you buy a new one.) With that being said, audition with your good mic. I do not care if you are going to buy a new one. If it's arriving before the deadline, that's fine, we will always have more auditions, hopefully next April (for our quarterly auditions.)
- However, if you are auditioning to sing, I probably won't hire you if you don't have a very good voice. Mediocre singing is quite difficult to fix.
Requirements for ARTISTS
- Must do digital art, or be able to scan your hand drawn art.
Now for the part you've been waiting for- payment. Payment will be based on how much ad revenue the project you are working on has generated, and 90% of it will be shared equally with the director, producers, voice actors, writers, animators, artists, editors, composers, and audio engineers. Of course, the revenue generated will depend on how many views the project gets on YouTube. In the likely case that we cannot generate any ad revenue due to us not having enough subscribers, you will be receiving 5 dollars after a month of not receiving any revenue. How you will be paid can be negotiated- we can try to use any payment app, or we can give you a gift card. Of course, this is assuming you are hired.
