Project Overview

(THE OFFICIAL DEADLINE FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE IN MARCH 2025. THE DEADLINE THAT IS CURRENTLY LISTED DOES NOT REFLECT THE OFFICIAL DEADLINE.)

This Project is focusing on continuing where the Black Clover Manga left off and dubbing the rest of the "Spade Kingdom Invasion" Arc, as well as the Arc after. I'm looking to have an ensemble cast of many different voice actors and work together to adapt this manga as best we can! When auditioning, please BE PREPARED TO BE IN A LONG-TERM PROJECT. Furthermore, you may audition for as many characters as you want, AND you may audition for the same characters multiple times. There will be no early casting and you don't have to match the dub voice, I'm looking for your own interpretation of the character or something akin to their Japanese voice since there is a slight bias I have for that. Don't dwell too much on how you sound but the performance you give, at the end of the day I'll be prioritizing the acting over the voice in an audition, so good luck!! If you do or don't get cast, you should keep a lookout for the 2nd casting call this will get for the remaining characters I need!

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Submit audition files in ABC ABC format with no more than 3 different takes

  2. Please do multiple takes of each line (format doesn't matter). Also feel no pressure trying to sound like the original voice actors, if you think the character should sound differently then go for it!

  3. Have none or as little as possible background noise and a decent mic. (XLR Preferred)

  4. Please also include your discord or a way to contact you.

    Hey all, just wanted to create an update that the final deadline for this casting call will be 03/08/25 @12pm PST.

    I've gotten so many good auditions and to be honest it's been really tough trying to narrow down some of them, y'all are insanely talented and just choosing one person for a role seems like an impossible feat. I'll probably get some outside opinions and then make my choice from there so that casting will happen shortly after the deadline is passed.

    After this deadline passes there will be another casting call for the remaining characters I need! Good luck everyone!
