Dorohedoro: Vol. 1【 Manga Dub 】
Project Overview
Dorohedoro
is a story that revolves around Kaiman, who does not remember who he was before he was transfigured by a Magic user. This transformation left him with a reptile's head, and a desire to find out the truth about who he really is. Accompanied by Nikaido, his female companion, he tracks down Magic Users in "The Hole" and unceremoniously chomps down on their head, hoping to find out who it was that put him in this state. One by one, they witness this "second man" inside the head of Kaiman, and after pulling them back out of his mouth he asks them all a question...
"What did the guy inside my head say?"

We will be posting by the chapter on YouTube
Each will be posted to our 6.5k YT channel, Ypres
If all goes well, we will move on to Vol. 2 and onward!
Audition Requirements:
Include your Discord in your audition
Be alright with explicit language and issues involving body horror, violence and gore (preferably be 18+)
Meet given deadlines and be cooperative
Take 2-3 takes per line

Nikaido has an easy-going and friendly attitude, though she keeps many of her worries and anxieties to herself. She is confident in her physical abilities and isn't easily frightened. Nikaido is Kaiman's companion, and they both hunt Magic Users.

[Encouraging; Trying to cheer up Kaiman] Cheer up! I'll make you some Oba Gyoza when we get back.
[Curious, to herself; Then out to the stranger] Huh..? Who's that? Some kid? Hey, you okay?
Fujita has low self-esteem as a Magic User because of his weak magical skills. Easily overlooked and forgotten, Fujita tends to be gloomy and depressed over not being as useful as the rest of the En's family members. Still, he aims to succeed in everything he cares about or is instructed to do, always looking for recognition or acting for the sake of the Family.

[Terrified, yelling out to his partner; Strained] MATSUMURA! Ngh - g-get the hell off of me!
[Hesitant; Concerned] En, sir, may I speak with you? [Short pause] It's, uh... I'm afraid it's true. I just came from the funeral.
[Determined; Cocky] Your days are numbered, lizard-man!!
Before Ebisu lost her memory, she used to be a rather bright child who would not speak too often unless she had something good to say. After her death and resurrection, she returned to her silly self. both because of her death trauma and the interference in her brain caused by a "Positivism Hairclip".
NOTE: Screaming is very important for this character, especially because her voice fluctuates through this series. The final line will also be a test to check microphones/recording environments to see if it comes out clean.

[Annoyed; Slightly concerned] The door's still shut tight... I haven't spotted any other sorcerers here... strange.
[Caught off guard; Curious] Huh?
[Loud pained scream; her face being torn away from her skull]
En is cool and confident in everything he does. He often enjoys quietly drinking tea or tending to his exotic garden made of mushrooms. En is full of himself and his capabilities. Despite being a pretty big narcissist, he has shown that he really does care about the members of his family.

[Casual; Then slightly annoyed] Fujita! I hear you went to the Hole for practice... and you lost your partner. Don't tell me those rats from the Hole were responsible.
[Through gritted teeth, angry; Under his breath] The Hole... what a bucket of shit.
[Suspicious] Fresh veal liver?! So they've infiltrated my restaurant...
Easy to get depressed and annoyed, two of his most prominent features. Since youth he feared the Magic Users, rendering an image of savage and merciless creatures completely different to humans in his brain. So every time he has to deal with them, he gets totally freaked out.

[Casual] It's true. That black grit in the raindrops? That's the stuff. Of course it's toxic, the magic is still active.
[Raising his voice; Frustrated] That's the last time I play cards with a fucking reptile!
Despite his job as En's cleaner, Shin has a very easy-going personality and is rather approachable by all within the En family. He cares deeply for his partner, Noi, and the two share a close bond. Though Shin is seen to be rather modest around Noi, since he is often embarrassed by her displays of affection, he does return it on occasion.

[Skeptical; Narrowed eyes] I suspect the "plan" you mentioned involves a gun... You are a sorcerer, using a gun would be a disgrace to our kind. If I ever catch you using one, I'll kill you myself.
