Welcome to Danganronpa S//F: By Blood, an audio drama/podcast inspired by Tetro Danganronpa: Pink, following the stories of 16 students who are trapped within a mansion deserted from no communication to participate in an experiment, where it's either kill or be killed. The stories of these students are recorded through microphone devices in each room of the mansion and are then uploaded onto YouTube for all to watch. Will these students find the truth behind the mansion? Or will they succumb to the survival of the fittest?

Audition Format:
For auditions, I'd prefer if you do an AABBCC recording style for your lines, but as long as you submit your lines, I'm perfectly okay with that. Make sure to include some form of communication to contact you if you have been chosen for a role. Discord and email are the easiest ways to contact me, so it'd be best to choose one of those. We are currently in Wave 1 of auditions, which means only the first 8 students will be able to audition.
Video Format:
Videos will be uploaded to the channel every couple of weeks depending on the schedule. These will include student interviews every once and a while, around two per chapter (excluding the prologue which is exclusively interviews), and audio excerpts from the student's lives in the mansion. This includes the investigation period and trial period. All audio will be posted online.
Character Role Expectations:
As this is a Danganronpa fan project, expect many of the following subjects to be covered:
Dark and mature content such as death and psychological distress
Cursing and depictions of blood
Emotional volatility
Mentions of past abuse and phobias
Other potentially sensitive topics

Plagued by his memory loss, Takumi Matsumoto isn’t known for much of anything. What he does carry is an extreme affinity for investigative skills and leading others to the truth. He’s logical and keeps sympathy as a second, often noticing things others may not notice during the experiment. His voice should be low range, calm and measured in tone.

Ultimate Illusionist
Known for her crazed nature, Misora Kagetsu has made headlines for her magic shows full of unexplainable and unexpected acts that no magicians in Japan had ever dared to have done. She enjoys toying with others, playing with others emotions, and ensuring that the killing game fails to go as intended every step of the way. Her voice should be high, energetic and theatrical. She's chaotic.

Ultimate Mathematician
Wataki Renjiro, the Ultimate Mathematician, is well regarded within the scene of mathematics for his discovery of equations and advancing the world of logical expressions. Similar to Matsumoto, he's analytical, a strong investigator, and a great puzzle solver. However his logical mind and lack of sympathy can lead him to overlook situations. His voice is calm and calculated, and should be low.

Ultimate Pharmacist
Ayaka Kusunoki, the Ultimate Pharmacist, excels in the field of medicine and pharmaceutical studies. Each of her actions are calculated and leave little to no room for error, and she has an affinity for caring for others, although she may not show this through her hard shell. She speaks very monotone, hardly showing emotion. Her voice should be low and calm.
Penicillin. It makes my skin break out. [flat]
Identifying pills. Labelling things. Diagnosing people. I guess that's about it. [dryly]

Ultimate Storyteller
Publisher of three top charting fantasy novels, Souta Hinomoto is known for his captivating storytelling and unique writing style. His perception skills are sharp, allowing him to pick up on details others may normally not notice. He speaks confidently, his voice exuberant and full of expression. His voice is high, theatrical and bright.

Ultimate Origami Creator
One of Japan's renowned artists, Misaki Orikawa is extremely talented in the creation of paper structures that are displayed all across the country in art galleries and museums. She's soft-spoken, yet far from fragile. Her voice should be gentle, and soothing. I'm open to interpretations of range.
People usually call me the "Paper Girl" of Japan. I don't mind! [quiet, but happy]

Ultimate Cartographer
Tsubasa Nagamine, the Ultimate Cartographer, is specialized in geographical studies and the analysis of the spaces he resides in. He has exceptional navigational skills and is able to read and create complex maps or charts of the school's layout with a strange accuracy that baffles even the scientists. He's a natural leader, often grounded and protective of others. His voice is calm and steady.
The building is quite interesting. The vents helped me notice that there are multiple floors. [calmly]
Well, the only thing I'm scared of is a place I can't understand. As long as I have a compass, that doesn't happen. [reassuringly]

Ultimate Acrobat
Kiyota Ryo is the final student to be admitted and chosen for the experiment by Scientists #1-3 as the Ultimate Acrobat. She's an Olympic level athlete in the sport, travelling across the globe to compete against other countries in the sport, whilst winning a couple of gold medals for Japan. She's outspoken, friendly, and almost a little nosy to the point where it may bother others. Her voice should mid-range, and a little playful.

Scientist #1 is one of the scientists leading the experiment known as Project S//F, or Project: Survival of the Fittest. He was the scientist responsible for gathering the students, collecting their information, and personally interviewing each one of them. He also oversees the experiment with Scientist #2 and #3. His voice is smooth and should be low to mid-range. In his interviews, he rarely shows emotion or tone.
So, tell me, any allergies we should be aware of?
We wouldn't want anything bad happening to you.
Out of all the students I've interviewed, you're by far the hardest to deal with.

Scientist #2 is the lead scientist on Project: Survival of the Fittest, and is responsible for the construction of the school, overseeing the entire experiment from daytime to nighttime with Scientist #3, and in designing the students' executions and managing the A.I. headmaster, Kagemaru. She's a perfectionist, and easily takes offense to certain events.
Well, if you hadn't designed Kagemaru with a kill switch, this wouldn't have happened! [snapping]
Looks like my bet was correct. I'll be expecting some money in the pot soon. [smug]

Scientist #3 is the programmer and data analyst for Project: Survival of the Fittest, the one responsible for the programming of the A.I. Headmaster, Kagemaru, the one who analyzes the behavior of the students, and the one who managed to wipe any memories of the students actions prior to awakening inside of the laboratory used to store them. She's unnervingly calm, even in the face of murder.
Kagemaru needed that switch. They could've killed Student #16 if it weren't flipped. [defensive]
The data is all mixed up. I didn't think the student would act such a way. [silently frusturated]
