Danganronpa: Hope's Prison is a fan-made project based off of the popular Danganronpa series. We are not associated with the franchise.
This killing game takes place inside a prison, and a girl named Akia Hanabi must navigate through it to find a way out and to save as many lives as she can before the mania of the killing game reaches everyone.

Correct, the deadline is being extended again. On top of this, I'm gonna be working out how roles are casted, so if currently casted roles open briefly, that does not mean the voice actor was removed, it just means that they're being added to their role properly.

Yuna Hayashi is the Ultimate Server. Friendly and obedient, she will do anything she is told to do, emphasizing her Ultimate. She does her best to assist during trials, and is very nice to everyone around her.
Her voice is higher pitched and smooth, making it easy to listen to. A good example would be Kaede Akamatsu from Danganronpa: Killing Harmony.
(Friendly) Oh, hey there! I don't believe we've met yet, I'm Yuna Hayashi, the Ultimate Server! Can I get you anything?
(Working) Do you need a plaster? I can go grab one for you! Just wait here, I'll be right back!
(Disgusted) Oh my God! Is that-... a body? Now, I-I've seen a lot of bad food, but this? This is another level of terrible!
Katashi comes across as cold and uncaring, but as the story progresses, he reveals more of his personality that no one has seen before. He's very stubborn, and refuses to believe he's going soft until he has no choice but to accept it.
His voice is deep, and emphasizes his cold and unforgiving nature. He doesn't express emotion through his voice, making it very monotone. A good example would be a male version of Kyoko Kirigiri from Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc.
(Cold) Name's Katashi Kuzuriho. Touch me, and I'll kill you.
(Stubborn) I'm not "going soft", Akia. I'm the Ultimate Mafia Boss, for fuck's sake. I can't afford to be "soft", not in a place like this.
(Getting progressively angrier) A body, huh? Hm? Why am I unfazed? I'm the Ultimate Mafia Boss, I've seen a lot of them. As for the killer... I'll find them. They won't live to sunrise.
Renka is a timid girl. She doesn't really talk much to people, but she loves her plants and will protect them with her life, wanting to keep them safe from the dangers of the world.
Her voice is quiet and calm, and surprisingly deep.
(Shy) H-... hello... My name is um... Renka Shirotoya... Ultimate Gardener...
(Casual) Ah, you want to talk about plants? Well, there's many different types... Personally, I like pink daisies, they're... cute...
(Sad) Oh no... This is terrible... wh-... who would do something like this?
Masashi is rugged and rough around the edges, and tends to make his talent sounds more important than it really is. Regardless, he takes his talent very seriously, and will take offense if questioned about it.
He tends to use slang terms a lot, and his voice is deceptively high-pitched. A good example would be Kazuichi Soda from Danganronpa: Goodbye Despair.
(Chill, then threatening) Yo, name's Masashi Fuyutaki, Ultimate Pet Sitter! My talent's the BEST out of everyone here, and if you say otherwise... I'll set my dogs on ya!
(Defensive) Hey! What did I tell you!? My talent's WAY better than you think! Talk to me like that again, and you won't see tomorrow!
(Scared) AAAHHH!! SOMEONE'S DEAD!? ARE YOU CRAZY? WHICH CRAZY ASSHOLE DID SOMETHING LIKE THIS!?
Hikari is very sharp-tongued and won't hesitate to say what's on her mind with absolutely no filter. She's a spoiled brat who was brought up in the lap of luxury and received whatever she wanted when she wanted it.
She has a high-pitched voice and sounds like a massive diva.
(Bratty) Introduce myself? Don't you know who I am? Ugh! Whatever! I'm the Ultimate Fashion Designer, Hikari Suzuki! Recognize the name?
(Annoyed) How dare you! I am the Ultimate Fashion Designer! One call, and you're dead! Just like your fashion sense! Get a good sense of fashion before you talk to me again, please.
(Upset) How can someone die like this!? This is crazy! CRAZY! Just speak up now, asshole! Such a lowlife, pathetic skank!
Yamato is a distant guy, only showing interest in the music he composes. Given the circumstances, though, he's not exactly able to do that. He doesn't put any effort into much, yet believes he's superior to everyone else.
He speaks in a sophisticated manner, and will only talk to someone he deems as worthy of his time.
(Half-assed) I do not believe you have earned my name. But fine, if I must. Yamato Tereshina, Ultimate Composer.
(Disgust) I do not care for conflict, nor do I care about investigating this case. They were a lowlife who could not even keep themselves alive, why should I care?
(Disrespectful) I would not really care if any of you died. What was your name again? Aika?... Ayaka?
Koharu is a softspoken and spacey girl. Despite this, she's still very pleasant to talk to, and will go on about astrology for hours if you let her.
Her voice is very soft and quiet, but there is lingering excitement in it, especially when talking about astrology.
(Softspoken) Hm? My name? It's Koharu Saito. Are you interested in astrology too?
(Excited) Astrology? You want to talk to me about it? Oh, this is so exciting! Whenever I usually talk to people, they get bored easily, so are you sure? Yeah? Well...
(Sad) This is horrible... the stars had told me that someone would die... the stars are always correct...
Tsumi is cold and uncaring. She knows much about death, so she is very helpful during investigations. She is also highly intelligent.
Her voice is deep and refined with an elegance to match, and her tone is very cold.
(Casual) My name is Tsumi Nakura, Ultimate Funeral Director. It is nice to meet you, I suppose.
(Creeped out) I am very familiar with death. I see dead bodies every day. However, putting my own life at risk in a killing game? It's not really my style.
(Calm) A body, you say? Well, it seems this is a job for me. If you investigate around the area, I will do my best to perform an autopsy. However, it may not be the best, I think I can achieve the right material.
Ichiro gives chill surfer dude vibes. Laid back and chill usually, but when there's a murder, he starts to freak out and has no clue what to do. He's got a lot of energy, and he's a great rockstar. He also has a tendency to flirt.
His voice is your typical rockstar's. Energetic and loud, but overall just an average male voice otherwise.
(Flirty) Yo, over here! Name's Ichiro Akimitsu, nice to meet ya! I'm the Ultimate Rockstar, so how 'bout I rock your world?
(Friendly) Being a rockstar is hard, don't get me wrong. I mean, being self-produced and writing all your own lyrics gets hard, but it's the thrill I live for!
(Panicking) AAHH! OH MY GOD! IS THAT WHAT I THINK IT IS!? OMG, OMG, OMG! CODE PINK, I'M GOING TO PASS OUT!!
Ryo comes across as uncaring, but he is the complete opposite inside, especially towards Yukina, who he seems to have a soft spot for.
His voice is pretty deep, and carries an unexpected softness to it that comes across as surprising. A good reference is Rantaro Amami from Danganronpa: Killing Harmony.
(Casual) Ah, me? I'm the Ultimate Archer, Ryo Maiteru, and you?
(Caring) Ah, you cut your finger? Let me see, I'm sure I can help. How? Well, being an archer comes with finger injuries. Let me help you...
(Worried) Yukina? What the fuck, are you okay?... HOLY SHIT!?
Kenji is very gentle and caring, and couldn't even hurt a fly, let alone another human being.
His voice is very sweet and gentle, your typical male voice, but if he thinks he is in the wrong somehow, he becomes more panicky and high-pitched.
(Casual) Hi! My name is Kenji Osuake, the Ultimate Caretaker. Did you need help with anything?
(Panicking) O-oh my God, I'm so sorry! Did I hurt you, I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to, I'm sorry!!
(Scared) A-... a body? This is crazy, I... I thought we were all friends here... I can't believe this!
Asahi is very full of himself. He does not assist during investigations, and hardly helps during trials. Overall, he's a total asshole.
His voice sounds like he really can't be bothered with anything, and he has an arrogance to his voice, which is otherwise pretty standard.
(Challenging) Me? Asahi Futogami, Ultimate Fighter. Why do ya wanna know? Wanna fight?
(Uncaring) Okay, okay, whatever! Nobody cares about your little sob story! Go cry about it in a corner or somethin', am I right?
(Half-assed) A dead body? Hah! Me? Help? Fuck off and do it yourself. You're the police officer, aren't ya? Isn't it your job?

Kari is the warden of the prison; the "Monokuma" of Hope's Prison, with a similar personality to boot, being sadistic and deriving its enjoyment from the suffering of its unwitting participants,
(Dramatic gasp) HOW DARE YOU!! I will have you know I am your teacher! Your MASTER!... My name? IIIIIT'S KARI, HAHAHA!!
(Excited) Ohh, it is my time to shine? Finally~! It's time for the ultimate execution! Take your seats, ladies and gentlemen!!

Aiko is very sinister and excitable, though not to the same degree as his sister. His voice is best described as high-pitched and creepy, and it tends to shake when he gets too excited. Aiko's concept originated from Melody.
(Sinister) I'll go first! I'm Aiko, the one and only, hah! You'll NEVER keep up with us! It's either kill or be killed in this world!
(Excited) How exciting, you found your first body!! Oh, I'm so proud! I remember when I found my first!... Oh wait, I killed him! HAHA!!
(Mocking yawn) You found the killer? FINALLYYYY!! If it were me, I'd have solved it quicker! Anyway, it's time for what you've all been waiting for! (Evil laughter)
Ariko is bubbly and has an overabundance of energy. She also has a manipulative streak, and is downright psychotic, deriving immense entertainment from the executions and deaths. Her voice is very high-pitched, and the delivery of a convicing evil laugh is a necessity. Ariko's concept originated from Melody.
(Excited) 1... 2... 3, HELLO!! I'm Ariko, a.k.a the Ultimate Clown! HAHAH, just kidding~! I'm just here to mess with your head!
(Psychotic) Oh, it seems you've found the killer! You know what that means, dear brothers? IT'S EXECUTION TIIIIIME!!!
(Sarcastic to excited) A dead body! Oh nooo, the betrayal! The tragedy!! Hahahah! I LOVE IT!
Arata is the puppet master, the one pulling the strings, and the leader of the clown siblings. Calm and down-to-earth, his personality is a stark contrast to that of his psychotic siblings. His voice is slightly deeper than Aiko's to reflect this, though he does have his excitable moments. Arata's concept originated from Melody.
Oh? You all finally want to know who I am. Heheh... Well, I am Arata, the Puppet Master.
