Zach does a phenomenal job with whatever role he's given. He ensures that his delivery is as how it should be and puts effort into making it realistic. Something that I really value in him is the communication, it's just really smooth overall.

It's hard to find someone with incredible patience and talent, as those often don't go hand in hand. You can always find someone with incredible talent who doesn't want to wait, and on the other side of the coin you can always find someone with no talent who has the patience of a saint. ZachW has both of those. A rare find indeed.
