Danganronpa: Heroes Rising
Project Overview
- DR:HR is an audio drama based around the actual Danganonpa series. This includes 24 students and 2 monobots (with some roles already taken). This project isn't as professional as other fangans and is mostly for fun. If any voice actors are fine with no pay and to just have some fun with these characters feel free to audition. If you get the part i'll invite you to a discord server with the rest of the team.
However while it may not be as professional as others, you still have to keep in mind that we have some standards.
-must be 13 or older
-you have to have discord
-we are looking for people respectful to others. We have some people who are starting out with voice acting.
Sadly I don't have any official photos for the characters yet. The images right now are made by CHARAT and are not fully accurate. So until we get the official sprites this will be a placeholder. However, feel free to audition for any character you find interesting.
Update: Added two new roles that need auditions for now and the deadline is extended for them along with other characters who haven't been casted. For those who have been casted I will message you for your discord if you never gave it to me.

She isn't considered shy since she loves talking with people she just has a problem with stuttering and bumping into people. She gets attached to people easily and will consider anyone a friend, even if she just met them.
"I-Introduction...? O-Oh! I-I'm S-Snowie...Snowie Falls...! U-Ultimate ice s-skater."
"I-I'm so sorry! O-Oh god i'm such a clutz! I d-didn't mean to hurt you!"
Dakota is calm but also rude and mean toward other people. He often insults others and curses at them for being idiots. He is very skeptical of others and constantly suspects people when a murder happens.
"You want to know my name? Fine. My name is Dakota Izano, ultimate robotics engineer."
"I say that's bullshit...but whatever. What information do you guys need so you can fuck off already?"
He is constantly flirting with people he finds cute but also rude towards people he finds "weird". He is dramatic and overreacts about the simplest things like if someone gets a stain on his clothes he acts like its the end of the world.
(I would also like to note this person has nothing to do with the actual James Cameron. I didn't even know that person existed making this character so please keep that in mind.)
"An eager one are you? Fine fine, my name is James Cameron, ultimate play director."
"Hm, well I still dislike that we let a wild animal into this place. But for someone as cute as you i'll make an exception."
Damien is a calm person who is always talking as if he is narrating a story. With not a lot of dramatics. A calm story even at the worst of times. His voice gets shaky if he ever breaks character. And if he truly breaks character he speaks in a small timid voice. Rather than his usual calm storyteller voice. Treat every sentence as if you aren’t the person doing it.
"Damien informed Nyami that he had no information about their whereabouts. 'Sorry I can't be much help right now. I'm trying to figure out the same thing' he added."
"Damien thanked her for her compliment. He walked closer to the three before introducing himself. 'My name is Damien Morgan, ultimate narrator.' he stated"
Mizu is a sweet girl who is constantly learning more about the world. She is very adventurous and loves to meet new people. Her English isn't so good, so she is learning from others about how to improve. Someone with an accent is preferable for this character.
"Hello I sea you there...My name is Mizu and I am the ultimate Sailor. I am sorry, but my
English is not so good. Other languages yes, but English no, sorry! I am pleased to meet you!""Everyone is so kind! Thank you all for help, it's much nice! ...Oh uh, it's much appre-ci-ate-ted, Appreciated! Haha, thank you! Really, you all are amazing.
Akira is a very bold and loud person. She has some anger management issues and constantly spits curse words at others and sometimes even cursing at them in french. She takes things literally sometimes and gets mad if something seems offensive towards her, even if its not meant to be.
"Tch, fine. The name is Akira Kokoro, ultimate DJ. Are you fucking happy?"
"Are you one of those assholes that thinks all DJs have this cool and "Dank" style? Don't judge me on the shit I wear!"
Seven is a laid back and chill guy who doesn't reveal his real name to people. He likes to make references to different YouTube trends and makes alot of jokes even if some are not appropriate at the time. He admires the channels QuackityHQ and Flamingo.
"SevenMatrixGaming! or you may call me Seven! I am known as the ultimate YouTuber."
"Well no! but it's my channel name so i'm sticking to it! Like how people call the creator of the QuackityHQ channel Quackity! or the Flamingo channel Flamingo/Albert! It's a cool name."
Eleanora is a very strange girl who claims she is a dream goddess from another world, and fell to earth because of a special mission and she was given the human title of ultimate orienologist. Despite thinking of herself as a higher being she cares deeply for others and tries to guide them towards the right path.
"Eleanora Nova. However you may address me as Nora. I am the goddess of all dreams!"
"The title you mortals gave me was Ultimate Orienologist."
"Hmm...Amnesia, a serious thing. I believe you will find your right path once you follow your dreams."
Luna is very suspicious and skeptical of others, but is willing to work with others if she has to. She prefers to be alone and investigate around the place. She is also highly skilled in combat.
"My name is Luna Artimes , ultimate huntress. I trained for years to earn my talent."
"It's strange isn't it? I have no idea what it means or what this place is for...but I have a bad feeling right now."
Evie is a bubbly girl who enjoys the company of others. She is constantly talking about the pokemon games and how she is the best at every single game. She takes pride in what she has accomplished and often brags about it to others, even if its the smallest thing.
" it's how you say hello in the Alola region!"
"Yeah! My name is Evie Alexander, ultimate pokemon player! However I would like the title ultimate region champion since i've beaten every game!"
Yoshi is a very eccentric and intelligent person who represents that stereotypical mad scientist. He often shows bizarre behavior that can be seen as strange by other people. Despite his intelligence he doesn't know much about common stuff like video games and gets confused with references others make. He is secretly a sweet guy and will happily make friends with people.
"So you wish to know my name? Very well! My name is Yoshi Taguchi! THE GREATEST SCIENTIST THAT EVER LIVED!!! That is why I have the ultimate scientist title."
"An amnesiac huh? Very well. I will pity you for now. However I wish to figure out the mystery of your talent!"
"You dare doubt my abilities top hatted man?"
Sadie is a very calm person who is fine with helping others out. To most people she seems emotionless but over time she will show more and more emotions towards people. She takes note of everyone's behavior and pulls them away to talk if they are acting off or strange,
"Ah! More people. Well yes I am Sadie Kim, Ultimate Seamstress."
"Ah yes, well while investigating I noticed that the exit and windows are all blocked off by metal plates."
Aria is a very hyperactive person who is constantly talking to other people. She never leaves a place without her guitar and is always willing to put on a show for others. She calls people "mate" a lot and has a classic British accent.
"Ah okay. Well let's start with my name! Aria Simmons is the name mate! They call me the ultimate punk musician!"
"Yep! My friend Sadie managed to find out a meeting is supposed to happen at 10AM! At the auditorium I believe. Its almost 10 but i believe Sadie already went there. I'm just waiting for now!"
Yuki is a outlandish girl who often accidentally insults people. She wanders around and investigates any time she can and often does it alone. She is very accident prone and often gets hurt after tripping. A female voice actor can work but a male with a feminine voice is preferable.
"Oh! Well that may be helpful to both of us! My name is Yuki Nishikawa, ultimate defense attorney!"
"It seems that our communication with the outside world is gone. I fear that we may all be a victim of some kidnapping."
Kou is a friendly boy who likes making jokes and caring for others. He often plays around with others and tries cheering up people when they are sad. He is always willing to make food for others and help them if they are sick.
"Oh Yeah I was baking some cookies! Glad I managed to find the right ingredients."
"Oh by the way, My name is Kou Yamanaka, ultimate cook."
Sakura doesn't say much and often only says up to four words. However if it is important or she's comfortable she will speak up more towards others.
"Sakura Minami. Ultimate Artist."
Haruka is very paranoid of people and often stays away from them. However when it comes to video games she will be more social and willing to talk to you. She sometimes does stutter.
"Yeah! It's really weird...anyway I'm Haruka Funai! Ultimate gamer. I'm sure you were able to already guess that."
"Wait I didn't mean it in a rude way I just don't want to damage these computers...even if they already barely work."
Shuji is a very flirtatious guy who will flirt with anyone unless they are uncomfortable with it. He cares deeply for people and will stop if anything makes them uncomfortable. He can be anxious and panic a bit when it comes to hard situations.
(Had to change the accent since it was a bit hard to find. I may accept north American but an accent is preferred)

Monokami is a monochrome wolf who is the opposite of Monosuji, the headmaster. She does want this killing game to stop but others distrust her for her evil appearance. A raspy or dark voice would work best with this character.
"That is bullshit! You don't want to help the students here, you want them to all die!!"
"You all doubt me...? I'm trying to help you all! That sheep wants you dead and I'm trying to protect you all!"
"Fine, if you don't want my help I'll leave. I won't help out much with this game. Just don't start a killing spree or that sheep will win."
Shibata is a young boy who is often mistaken for a girl because of how he looks. He is upbeat and optimistic most of the time, but is not afraid to show his emotions if he feels sad or angry. A female voice that sounds similar to that of Makoto or Ryota would work best.
"The name's Shibata Satu! Ultimate voice impersonator! Glad I'm able to meet ya!"
"I'm not a girl! Is it really that hard to tell? Well I'm sorry if this is just how I look. Can't really change it!"
"O-Oh....I see...Well I'm sure we can all get through this! Just have faith in the outside world that we will all be rescued!"
Since the last one that I casted had their profile deleted and I can't contact them, this is up again now. I need someone who can help with the quality of audio and background music.
