Danganronpa Fan Project: Destination Despair
Project Overview
Danganronpa: Destination Despair (DRDD) is a non-profit, fan-made spinoff of the Danganronpa games. It's an audiobook that emulates the visual novel style of Danganronpa through an audio experience.
We have no affiliation with Spike Chunsoft, NISA, or the Danganronpa brand.
This project contains sensitive content, such as violence and death, in line with the official Danganronpa series. Profane and suggestive language may be used.
About The Project:
-This is set in a completely unique universe separate to the official Danganronpa series and features a completely unique cast of characters.
-The script is still currently being written, but the story, characters, etc... are all finalized!
-This is an Audiobook and not a fangame. Because of this there will be quite a few lines and narration.
-There is no compensation that can be offered, but you will also not be held to any professional standard.
About Auditioning:
-MUST BE 16+ TO AUDITION
-Please do not audition with a phone or laptop microphone. This is a primary factor for considering your audition.
-Please put your own unique spin on the character! I wanna hear how you interpret them!
-Don't be afraid to be energetic! Since there are no visuals, energetic vocals will help paint the scene.
-Due to the nature of the project: If cast, you will be expected to yell, cry, and possibly scream.
-If cast you will be DM'd via Casting Call Club for your email.
If you are cast for the project you will not be allowed to spoil the contents of the project.

Despite being a model, Minori is shy and rarely says what she thinks. She does not like her Ultimate talent, but feels stuck in it as she has been modeling since she was three.
Through the killing game she learns to open up and that here just may be more to her than meets the eye.
Voice Description: Minori is soft spoken, but her voice is not high pitched. It sits comfortable in a middle range and her voice can be a bit breathy. Think Chiaki from Danganronpa 2

Despite being a florist, she's allergic to flowers. That doesn't stop her though! She loves what she does. Ayame is a very anxious person and usually tends to stick close to her boyfriend Kiyoshi. Despite her shyness she's a very sweet girl and tries her best to be helpful whenever she can.
Voice Description: Ayame has a tendency to stutter. Her voice is somewhat high pitched (Not squeaky). She has a very sweet voice. Cries often.
