Mizuko has been drawn to the ocean since she was little. She obsesses over it and often it is the only thing she wishes to discuss. Mizuko is very intelligent, but she is also very cold. She tends to have a bit of a paranoid personality, but most of the calm she holds herself in a composed manner.
