Danganronpa Fan-project: The Grand Souricière

Our KG's Antagonist.

Alian is arrogant, theatrical, and openly condescending, carrying himself with exaggerated self-importance and belittling those he sees as beneath him with sharp sarcasm and little patience, especially around strangers where his confidence borders on tyrannical. Despite this abrasive nature, he has a calculated side, able to remain composed, controlled, and even strategically charming when it benefits him.

Beneath his harsh exterior lies a striking duality: he shows profound compassion toward the dying or deceased, treating them with dignity, sensitivity, and reverence, a stark contrast to his usual cruelty. Outside of these moments, he remains notoriously rude, particularly toward non-Spanish speakers, as his fierce pride in his Cuban heritage makes him highly defensive and quick to confront perceived ignorance, fueling both his confidence and frequent conflicts.


Mid-High range voice, masculine, late teens - early 20's. Noticeable spanish accent. A smooth, confident voice with a lot of flair and personality. It’s playful and charming on the surface, but always carries a sharp, rude edge underneath. The delivery feels expressive and a bit theatrical, with a natural rhythm and swagger. It can switch quickly from warm and seductive to mocking and cutting.

Aurèle Klein can be simply described as a laid back woman. She doesn't like to take things too seriously, and talks to people about the same way. She doesn't like when things get awkward in conversation and will do her best to bring the mood back up. Although she is typically more laid back, she has a more stern side to her when she grows frustrated towards someone, making it clear when she is upset by something.

She welcomes strangers, even going out of her way to go up and talk to unfamiliar people, even if they're someone who may push her away, she usually doesn't go away unless you explicitly tell her to, to which she will respect and walk away.

She seems to become a lot more energetic while she is performing, showing a much more performative side to her that usually isn't shown during normal conversations with her. A fun individual, one could suppose.

Mid to mid-low, slightly androgynous (fem leaning) pitch with a soft, muted tone and a faint rough edge; mostly chest-balanced resonance with low to medium-low energy and relaxed, slightly slow pacing. Clarity can be a bit uneven but still natural, giving it an offbeat feel. Sounds like a late teen to mid-20s, and while generally calm and laid-back, the voice softens and warms subtly when being kind, coming across quietly sweet and easygoing.

Brendan is always very friendly and eager to help out to the point that he risks coming off as overbearing. He’s generally upbeat (that comes with working with students) and is always trying to stay on people’s good sides. Underneath his cheery nature, however, is a man who is always stressed out and worried about something, even if there’s nothing to worry about at all. Brendan is constantly hyper focused on ensuring his own survival/success, and is not above committing under-the-table deals to do so. He's aware that a nice attitude will get him far and goes out of his way to ensure that people only see him as a friendly face and nothing else. Brendan is very good at following instructions. Furthermore, Brendan will, 99% of the time, agree to help someone if he believes that they are an ‘authority figure’ (AKA saying no would lead to consequences) and will complete the task they give him regardless of what that task is. In other words, he’s a major yes-man.

Mid to mid-low pitch, masculine, early 20s. Soft, grounded tone with light warmth and a faint airy edge. Steady, slightly slow delivery with clear, careful articulation. Not a very over-the-top speaker, but carries a gentle eagerness in softer inflections. Calm, down-to-earth, and easy to listen to.

Cassian is a recluse, seen in multiple sightings to be avoidant of others. However, interviews are made where he speaks about his frustration with returning to real life, sleep research, parasomnia, etc. to be topics that he openly discusses with people. He has made childish remarks through these, with him forgetting his real age and claiming he is 13 years younger than he is. He only interacts openly with those closest to him, spending most of his time in his laboratory. 

Mid pitch, masculine, late 20s. Slightly uneven, off-beat delivery with irregular stress on certain words, giving his speech a distinctive, thoughtful rhythm. Noticeable Swiss German accent, with softened consonants and subtly rounded vowels. Tone is grounded but emotionally reactive. It can come off a bit juvenile or stubborn when arguing, yet shifts into a more intense, almost raw sincerity when dealing with grief, nostalgia, or pride. Pacing varies with emotion, from halting and searching to more insistent and sharp, while maintaining an overall earnest, lived-in quality.

Publicly,  A very nice woman, Charlotte is social and very friendly to all who meet her. She is very much known for following what would be expected socially-speaking, caring it all with a grace and kindness that makes her more of a princess than just the “humble” young woman. Beneath her “nice” facade, Charlotte is highly manipulative and easily hypocritical, taking advantage of people and even cheating to have the upper-hand. She will push others away who don’t fit her “norms” and will try to manipulate others to isolate that individual too so they can’t turn to anybody else. When pushed to her limits she will snap and get angry at people, only to use crocodile tears and sickly sweet words to get their apologies.

Mid to mid-high pitch, feminine, mid 20's range . Light, airy tone with a soft, polished clarity and slightly breathy edge; mostly head-balanced resonance with a smooth, controlled delivery. Pacing is calm and measured, leaning polite and gently upbeat, with a subtle musical lilt. The voice feels sweet and composed on the surface, but carries a faintly sharp, teasing undertone, able to shift into a cooler, more precise and quietly intimidating edge without raising volume.

She is a robotic model of a character from an old 80's game called lunch rush, in which she was the main character. her files being saved somewhere to be put into her new body before the game was unplugged. feel free to have fun with the not so human delivery !

Beast is loud, volatile, and highly confident, often acting above others and provoking conflict for attention or amusement, with a habit of slipping into streamer-talk even offline. Despite being abrasive, he’s quick-witted, engaging, and impulsive.

He is ambitious and perfectionistic in competitive gaming but otherwise apathetic, self-indulgent, and uncooperative, with a temperamental nature and rapidly shifting emotions. He views people and situations as ‘content,’ showing little regard for boundaries, and though outwardly confident, he shows signs of instability, dependence, and poor self-regulation.

This is our game's protagonist! Have fun with the main role of the series!

Low to deep pitch, masculine, strong natural resonance. Smooth and immediately attractive at first listen, with a slight rough, gravelly dryness underneath. Fast-paced delivery, clear and projected, loud without sounding messy; very mic-friendly presence. Noticeable German accent, with habitual w→v and v→f substitutions. Highly dynamic — can jump from controlled and confident to full-volume shouting or exaggerated, comically threatening tones.

Konoha is a fairly calm individual. They are very go with the flow at all times, glad to go along with what others feel is best. They’re quite cheerful, tending to look at the bright side of things. Due to their love of storytelling, Konoha can be very wordy when they speak. Unknowingly going into long rambles. 

Very curious, Konoha loves to learn about as much as they can. Which can lead to them being quite nosey about people’s personal lives. Though most of the time they have a pretty good handle on conversations. 

One thing Konoha tends to struggle with is that they tend to have their head in the clouds. They’re a very creative person, but aren't always the most logical. Jumping to the most dramatic conclusions when the actual explanation is far tamer.

Pacing is intentional and dynamic — able to slow down for detail or speed up for momentum — giving it a natural storytelling rhythm. Highly emotive and immersive delivery, effortlessly shifting tone, intensity, and texture to match the narrative, keeping it engaging, vivid, and easy to follow while maintaining a composed, slightly playful undertone.

Mireille Vale presents herself as warm, elegant, and composed, every gesture and word carefully controlled to guide others while appearing nurturing and gracious. Her voice and demeanor draw people in, allowing her to lead effortlessly and maintain an image as a beloved, supportive figure.

Beneath this, she is manipulative, possessive, and obsessed with control, treating relationships as transactions where affection, praise, and intimacy are tools for influence. She uses subtle dominance. Whether it be guilt, flattery, or soft-spoken pressure to maintain power, rewarding obedience with closeness and punishing defiance through quiet, deniable ruin.

Though outwardly affectionate and composed, her warmth is calculated, her vulnerability staged, and her need for control driven by a deeply buried instability, ensuring she always remains in control and at the center of attention.

Mid to low pitch, feminine, mid 20s range. Warm, buttery tone with a smooth, melodic, siren-like resonance and a naturally musical cadence. Delivery is expressive and fluid, often incorporating soft hums and light giggles when in a sweet or relaxed state. Generally composed and engaging, but capable of shifting into a more emphatic, theatrical delivery with added grit when angry or dropping her “mask,” while still maintaining clear control and vocal richness.

Myn is comfortable, but that comfort is easily disturbed. He gets amusement from the suffering of others. And stereotypical luxuries such as alcohol, vacations and music. He can appear smug and smiley. If he isn't "winning", that will quickly become anger. He's nearly fifty, and will tantrum like a child not getting their way. Quick to use violence and threats. He values loyalty. And will tolerate mistake and fight for people, if they align with him. His beliefs are outdated. Men who aren't protectors and women without respect irritate him. He likes learning about people, if only so he can use their weaknesses against them. He will gather power through slimy and unethical means. He likes having fun. And antagonizing, scaring and indulging is unfortunately the most fun 

Mid to low pitch, masculine, mid-40s. Smooth, relaxed voice with a warm, easygoing tone and a slight edge underneath. Speaks at a steady, unhurried pace, like he’s always in control of the conversation. Naturally charming and friendly on the surface, but can turn quietly intimidating with just a small shift in tone. Comes off confident and calm, with a subtle sense that there’s more going on beneath what he’s saying.

Plasma is a flamboyant, confident, and theatrical tailor driven by a love for fashion and a pursuit of perfection, channeling his bold personality into creating striking, high-quality designs. Stylish and sociable, he thrives on attention and ambition, aspiring to be widely recognized while maintaining a bubbly, generous nature with friends, often expressing care through gifts, support, and constant connection.

However, he can be ego-driven, petty, and reactive to disrespect, holding brief grudges and engaging in gossip or conflict when provoked. Beneath his polished exterior, he is deeply insecure and self-critical, struggling with criticism, low self-worth, and pessimism, often bottling up his emotions while seeking validation through his work and efforts to please others.

Mid to mid-high pitch, masculine, early 20s range. Bright, polished tone with a slightly artificial, performance-like resonance and smooth, controlled delivery. Speaks with deliberate pacing and crisp articulation, carrying a strong sense of showmanship and calculated flair. Naturally expressive and charismatic, with playful sass and exaggerated inflection that feels intentionally performative. When energized or excited, the voice becomes more animated and flamboyant, with sharper emphasis and increased intensity, while still maintaining an underlying composed, self-assured core.

Reijirō is a highly intelligent, curious, and independent investigator who focuses on uncovering cult activity, approaching situations with a rational, analytical mindset and strong dedication to his work. However, he maintains a pessimistic, guarded worldview, appearing emotionally distant, sarcastic, and distrustful of others, with a tendency toward arrogance and stubbornness when confident in his conclusions.

Beneath this cold exterior, he is deeply compassionate toward victims and driven by a genuine desire to protect others from harm. Though reserved, he shows strong loyalty to those who earn his trust, committing himself to their safety while continuing his mission against the threats he studies.

Mid pitch, masculine, early 20s range. Soft, relaxed tone with a calm, understated resonance and a slightly airy, mellow quality. Delivery is slow to moderate, measured and unhurried, with minimal emphasis and a naturally quiet confidence. Speaks in a low-energy, composed manner, often concise and observant rather than expressive, with subtle inflection rather than overt emotion. Carries a detached, thoughtful vibe, but can show quiet warmth or dry, understated humor without significantly changing volume or pacing.

Xael in his nature is a very relaxed guy, he's seen as a visionary with his unique styling and personality. He wants the world to change their perception on kpop and the expectations so he often breaks them. He's incredibly impatient and somewhat impulsive when pushed. At times immature when he finally acts out, he values his style, his individuality, and hates when people change themselves for others. He values authenticity over anything, if something doesn't feel 150% him he isn't doing it. Often leading to difficulties, he's controversial in his community but he doesn't care. He likes what he does and how he does it.

Xael when he needs to be professional still has a kind of relaxed nature to him, he enjoys teasing and flirting with fans for fun and is a lot of times seen as a bit of a flirt. The public views him as charming, chaotic, and oftentimes is joked about for his slightly obnoxious behavior. A lot of his haters view him as unprofessional but Xael has expressed multiple times how little he cares about those haters. 

Mid to mid-high pitch, masculine, late teens early 20's range. Tense, slightly strained tone with a sharp, edgy brightness and occasional cracks. Delivery is quick and reactive, with exaggerated emphasis and restless, impulsive pacing. Eager and confrontational, with sudden spikes in intensity and a hint of sarcasm, and a somewhat juvenile and naive feel.

Be able to replicate the danganronpa sprite style!! no drawing software requirements! whatever works for you, but clipstudio is preferred so we can use the same brushes! 

Be able to help animate/tween execution animations in the danganronpa style 

Be able to recreate the more complex danganronpa style for splash arts and cutscenes. feel free to make it a bit more horror-esque though. clip studio paint preferred, but all drawing programs are alright!!

Our fangan will be an edited series in the style of a visual novel, meaning we need some extra editors on hand to help us make this project come to life!

We need a soundtrack for our game! if you have experience with music production, and have a soft spot for the combination of jazz and 'psycho pop', we'd love to have you on our team!
