Project Overview

[INCOMING TRANSMISSION]

"All subjects are within containment. The domes are almost ready for the program. Awaiting input from lead researcher. The killing game is about to commence."


Danganronpa: Blue Ocean is a Fan project based on the Danganronpa series. We follow a group of 16 Students who find themselves trapped in an Academy deep under the ocean. Their sinister headmaster, Monopod, gives them only one directive.


To Kill...


What will they do? Will they escape and most importantly... Who will die?


All that and more will be answered in Danganronpa: Blue Ocean!


This project, as like many other Fanganronpa's, will consist of videos uploaded to both Youtube and TikTok, VA's will be required to be available for the long haul so please confirm that as a part of your audition! Please also give us your age and Discord! For now, we will need assistant script writers and an artist for character portraits! Your help would be greatly appreciated!


We have scripts ready and raring to go! As soon as we have VA's cast we' should be able to get content out pretty swiftly! (Don't hold me to that...)


To summarise:

  • Please have clear microphone quality (It is not required but it is preferred)

  • Be in it for the long haul!

  • Please use an ABCABC format for your auditions! (at least two takes for each line.)

    Howdy, Eeelize (eel-eyes) / Eel here! Thank you all for your patience as I set up the staff server our finalized crew will be joining. And thank you Dom for allowing me to support your project. It means so much to me!

    Just wanted to share that you should expect friend requests via discord between Friday August 21st & Saturday August 22nd PDT. The server is being triple-checked at the moment to make sure nothings out of place or something suddenly doesn't remember how to work right haha. When joining, please remember you will be working with, and will be around, both adults AND minors. Get your proper age group role when joining. If it is NOT your exact birth day, do not age up your role. Channels aren't separated by age, and they shouldn't have to be, either. Remember to treat others how you want to be treated, no means no, and to teach others how to treat you. I strongly suggest reading the rulebook as well. There are several things you need to know that may not be openly stated by Dom or I if we believe it doesn't need to be.

  • Casting has been decided! (IMPORTANT)

    Hey there everyone!

    I know I said that the previous update was our last but I have just one more small announcement to make! We have finished our selections for each student, it was a tough call in some places so give yourselves a pat on the back!

    We will now be sending messages to those of you that got roles, I will unfortunately not be able to send them myself due to personal matters. So instead, our wonderful composer, Eeelize will be sending them!

    Look out for a message on discord from eeelize. (The period is included!), If we fail to reach you there then we will send a message to your account here on CCC. You will have 4 days to message back and accept the role, after that we will then have to consider someone else.

    Currently, our discord server is up and running but we are just installing some security to make sure everything is up to code. Your patience would be greatly appreciated!
