Basic Information
Danganronpa Antebellum: Lockdown (Visiting Hours) will be a 12 part audio-drama side story to Danganronpa Antebellum: Lockdown, a Fangame currently in production with chapter one fully released and chapter 2 currently in production. The series will be produced and released alongside the main game and provides additional story content.
Visiting Hours focuses on 11 people (and a few others!) with connections to those within the main game of Lockdown, following all of them receiving a mysterious message from a stranger called 'Amelia'- who tells them they will all befall a terrible fate in the coming weeks.
The story is told through a series of dubbed text-message chains, phone calls and in-person interactions between the characters as they attempt to continue on with their daily lives while trying to find a way to prevent the mysterious incoming tragedy they've been forewarned about... And figure out what said tragedy is, if it exists at all.
Audition Information
These auditions are 16+ only, please only audition if you are 16 or older. If you're under 18, please specify in your audition that you're a minor!
Please provide your preferred name, age (You can just say minor if you're 16/17 and don't feel comfortable disclosing your exact age) and contact information!
Notes have been provided on each character's voice listing, these are guidelines that you don't have to follow but preference will be shown to auditions that follow the requirements closely. Please deliver lines in an ABCABC format!
Visiting Hours has some content within it some may find triggering, upon casting we will disclose any potentially sensitive subjects for each character and provide the potential voice actor a chance to pull out if they're uncomfortable with the topics that may be covered.

Callum is a young-man currently studying liberal arts in University. He's trying to make the best of his 'golden years' and is determined to be popular in University in a way he wasn't in high school. Some see his efforts to come off as someone you want to be around as performative, while others find themselves charmed (even if a bit annoyed) at his go-with-the-flow attitude. But above else, it's clear no matter how he tries to hide it- Callum is still a bit of a dork.
Looking for a mid-range to mid-high male voice, pretty friendly and open sounding with an air of awkwardness.

A distant man of few words almost entirely dedicated to his job as a surgeon. Micheal is an incredibly emotionally absent man who prefers to stick to his own company and is usually far too tired/overworked to engage in any real conversation. He's sensible and somewhat dry, but it always feels like there's something he wants to say but refuses to admit.

An overworked and snappy young woman with a nihilistic view of the world and an immediate distrust for others, Sachiko is currently working a minimum wage job at a convenience store in order to make ends meet and she isn't exactly the best at customer service. Quick to be judgemental of others and even quicker to vocalise what she really thinks about someone, the only thing keeping Sachiko's anger issues in check at her job half the time is the fact she really needs the money.
Mid-low feminine voice, optional slight gruffness, slightly aggressive/intimidating.
God... Do these people seriously not have anything better to do? (Bitter/frustrated)

A middle aged women in marketing, she's a bit of flirt and something of a hopeless romantic- always convinced her next boyfriend will be 'the one'. Despite being in her 40s, she still romanticises romcoms and can be quite immature and flighty- never quite moving past her 20s. Although, it's clear she does have the best intentions in mind first and foremost- especially in regards to her children who she would move heaven and earth to protect.
Mid range feminine voice, slightly mature sounding with a certain amount of pep behind it.

Tian is an 11 year old girl who thinks she's got the whole world figured out, she does fairly well in school for her age and is very vocal about this fact. Snarky, something of a know-it-all and quick to annoy most adults who come into contact with her- Tian can be quite the handful. But despite her prideful attitude is a very young child trying her best to attempt to convince everyone that she's wise beyond her years to be taken seriously.
High voices preferred! Fairly young sounding voice, but not overly grating, slightly smug sounding.

A cool-headed and indifferent young model who seems ambivalent to almost everything life tries to throw at him, taking things as they come with little too no reaction. Nikko is hardly an expressive person, he's very rarely the type of talk first- and yet finds himself being the person others confide in quite often. It's unclear how much of his level-headedness comes from maturity or if it's just a sign of emotional disconnect from almost everything. Despite all this, he loves a good old fashioned gossip session.
Mid to mid-low male voice, quite smooth and airy sounding and slightly monotone, very careful breaths.

A doting and loving woman in her 40s who's deeply devoted to her family and her faith, she's soft spoken but holds onto her beliefs very firmly- unwavering in them no matter what happens. She's quick to fawn and try to please and help whoever she can, extending her kindness to whoever she feels needs it (Even at the expense of her own health). Peony is quick to care for anyone she feels needs some support in their lives, trying to fill the gap in her life since the disappearance of her son.

A well-spoken and bold woman who was once a feared name in the world of sales, she's since settled down and focused on giving her daughter a good life but her cut-throat attitude still prevails for those she feels deserves to be knocked down a few pegs. Despite her flashy appearances, Jiayi is surprisingly pragmatic and will say things as it is- she cares very little for sugar-coating anything... Unless it involves her 11 year old daughter, Tian, who she'll fight tooth and nail for.
Mid to mid-low voice, good annunciation, clearly quite a charismatic person.

A fairly tomboyish woman who's currently working as a mechanic, she loves playfully teasing people and getting on their nerves- especially when it comes to her husband, Micheal. She doesn't hold much care for what other people think of her and speaks her mind pretty freely, no matter what crosses her mind. But despite her fairly careless attitude, Evelyn (Or 'Veve' as she likes to be called) clearly cares deeply for those she loves and holds quite a bit of anxiety about the future of them and herself as she slowly slips closer and closer into falling into the life of a traditional nuclear housewife- something she's always feared becoming.

Miko is an incredibly obnoxious and extremely crass terminally online girl. A fan of anything gory, unconventional, shocking or disgusting- Miko is so entrenched in online discourse she has difficulty understanding what constitutes socially acceptable behaviour in the real world. In fact, Miko seems to relish in the disgust and vitriol she gets from others- often acting out specifically to elicit reactions. Currently, Miko is a superfan of the online red room stream 'LOCKDOWN'. She's so disconnected from reality she views the unwilling participants of this show more as characters for her to stan than real people who have been taken from their loved ones.
High to mid-high obnoxious and slightly grating voice, extremely expressive and high energy.
Due to the nature of some of the things Miko says, please only audition for her if you are above the age of 18.

Ohoh, It's like my favourite internet show EVER! My only complaint is the complete lack of middle aged women, like c’mon, we get a middle aged man- can you not spare a *single* milf for us starving children? That's all I’m asking for. But aside from that it’s SO engaging, all the drama, conflict- oh, I can’t *wait* until it gets gorey! (Gushing/ranting)

'Amelia' is the mysterious admin organising the hostage consequences, he seems to take joy in what he's doing and is very eager to explain to each and every one of the hostages everything he's set up- seemingly very proud of his work. But he seems even more eager to show off his bias towards his favourite hostages and take joy in the misery of those he doesn't care for. He's not exactly professional, but apparently he's the only person the LOCKDOWN team could find for the job.
Mid to mid-high masculine voice, very playful and slightly young sounding- an air of smugness about everything he says, clearly having fun with all this.
