Project Overview
Hello everybody! Welcome to the page for Danganronpa Abridged Shorts! This entire series will be hilarious! In order to get chosen you have to sound as close to the English cast as possible (from the anime), and make sure that you understand the characters personalities as well. The roles of Celestia Ludenburg and Chihiro Fujisaki have already been taken. But there are still 14 others to choose from. Good luck on trying to get the parts of the High School Ultimates!

Makoto Naegi is the average high schooler. But at the end of series we find he is the Super High School Level Hope. Makoto holds a lot of hope in his heart and will never give up on anything that is thrown at him. Makoto is voiced by Bryce Papenbrook in both the anime and the game. So, you may find that his voice is similar to Kirito (from Sword Art Online), and Rin (from Blue Exorcist).

Kyoko Kirigiri is the mystery girl throughout the series. At the beginning we have no idea what her talent is. Towards the end of the series, we find out that she is the Super High School Level Detective. Kyoko doesn't care much for others and keeps her feelings shut in. She is almost monotone. In the anime she is voiced by Caitlin Glass who also voices Haruhi (from Ouran High School Host Club), and Winry (from Fullmetal Alchemist).

Byakuya Togami is a stuck up rich kid. He may act like a jerk to the others but he is caring if you continue to get on his good side, he will warm up to those who treat him nicely. He is a very smart individual, but sometimes his ego can get out of hand and he can make some wrong decisions. He is the Super High School Level Heir, since his family is rich. He is voiced by Josh Grelle in the anime, who also voices Armin (from Attack On Titan), and Mao (from The Devil Is A Part-Timer).

Aoi Asahina is the bubbly one of the entire group. She is obsessed with donuts and is best friends with Sakura Oogami. Asahina always tries to look on the brighter side of things. She constantly tries to help Makoto cheer up when he is feeling depressed. Asahina is the Super High School Level Swimmer. Her voice actress in the anime is Felecia Angelle, who also voices Emi (from The Devil Is A Part-Timer), and Okuda (from Assassination Classroom).

Toko Fukawa is a very cowardly and timid person. She is the Super High School Level Literary Girl, since she reads many different genres of books. She is always blaming problems in the world on men, she thinks men are nothing but worthless trash. She is constantly stuttering and drooling over Togami. She gets really scared at the sight of blood and faints. When she sneezes, her personality switches to Genocider Syo (or Genocide Jack) who is Super High School Lever Murderer (Genocider Syo will be voiced by another). Her voice actress is Carli Mosier, who also voices Kale (from Dragon Ball Super), and Fujishima (from Kokoro Connect).
N-Not that you'll remember my n-name anyway, but... I'm T-Toko... Toko Fukawa.

Genocider Syo/Genocide Jack is the other personality of Toko Fukawa. She is a murderer. She is the Super High School Level Murderer. She murders people with her trusty scissors, her killing usually end up with the victim in a crucified state, the scissors hold them up. She only murders unattractive men, they are one of her dislikes. She speaks with her tongue hanging out, yet her words are as clear as day. Her voice actress is the same as Toko's, Carli Mosier.

Yasuhiro is the oldest of all the students. He has flunked 3 times in school. He is a pretty chill guy who wouldn't hurt a fly. He is the Super High School Level Fortune Teller. He is voiced by Christopher Bevins, who also voices Japan (from Hetalia), and Joe (from Prison School).

This paragraph contains spoilers, if you do not wish the plot to be spoiled if you have not finished either the game or anime then please finish either or before reading this. Junko Enoshima is the mastermind behind the entire killing game and The Tragedy (she is the reason despair has spread all over the world). She has 2 titles. Super High School Level Fashionista, and Super High School Level Despair. Junko has split personalities, cuteness, sophistication, severe depression, and superiority. In the anime, she is voiced by Jamie Marchi. Who also voices Elizabeth(Liz) (from Soul Eater), and Ai (from Future Diary).
(superiority personality) Despair spreads like a viral outbreak.
(sophistication personality) Given the chance I would've bathed the whole world in this glorious feeling.

Sakura Ogami is a very wise woman. She is a very kind person and sadly (spoilers coming up) commits suicide to try and prevent anyone else from dying in this terrible game. She is the Super High School Level Fighter. She is also best friends with Aoi Asahina. Her voice actress in the anime is Rachel Robinson, who also voices Blitz (from Hellsing Ultimate), and Wendy (from Black Butler: Book Of Circus).

Yamada is an anime and fanfiction obsessed guy. He writes his own fanfiction based on the anime that he watches. He is the Super High School Level Fanfic Author. His voice actor is Tyson Rinehart. He also voices Rosen (from Servamp), and Enji (from Tokyo Ghoul).

Ishimaru is a very stick-to-the-rules kind of guy. He is filled with energy 24/7. He is he Super High School Level Public Morals Committee Member, he was given this name because he was in the Disciplinary Committee in middle school. He is voiced by Austin Tindle in the anime. Who also voices Karma (from Assassination Classroom, and Marco (from Attack On Titan).

Leon is a very minor character, (spoilers) since he has died in the first chapter of the game and third episode of the anime. He is the Super High School Level Baseball Player. But he has said that he wants to change his title to the Super High School Level Musician. He is voiced by Justin Cook. Who also voices Takaoka (from Assassination Classroom), and Eijiro (from My Hero Academia).

Mondo is a very tough guy on the outside. In the beginning he is rude towards many others, he eventually warms up to Ishimaru and they become best friends. (Spoilers) They are best friends until Mondo's exucution, which sends Ishimaru into a depressed state for a while. Mondo is the Super High School Level Gang Leader. He is voiced by Christopher Sabat, who also voices Kazuma (from Yu Yu Hakusho), and Alex (from Fullmetal Alchemist).

Maizono is a pop sensation. She is a minor character since she is killed off very early in the game and the series. She is a very upbeat and elated person. She is the Super High School Level Idol. She is in a girl pop band with her 4 other members. She is voiced by Monica Rial, who also voices Mey-Rin (from Black Butler), and Renge (from Ouran High School Host Club).

Monokuma is the known symbol of Junko Enoshima. His name literally meaning Black and White bear. He is the main antagonist of this series. Monokuma returns 2 other times, to continue this same killing game. He is a diabolical AI, that is finally stopped in the final game. In the anime, Monokuma is voiced by Greg Ayres, who also voices Nagisa (from Free!), and Kaoru (from Ouran High School Host Club).
