I updated the description of the story since I thought it was written badly before. So I rewrote it on the casting call.
Crusade - Minecraft Roleplay
Project Overview
Story:
The story begins in Los Angeles with a man named Drake. He just landed in LA from New York to transfer into the LAPD a year after learning his father died in a terrorist attack.
Upon going into the police station to make the transfer, he gets trapped in an elevator with someone named Clara. He has no intention of getting to know her and neither cares what she has to say. She climbs the elevator and fixes it, causing it to start going back up as she talks about her past and things extroverts do... Drake reaches his floor and attempts to abandon Clara as she tries to get to know him, he lies saying his name is Jonathan, and believes that's the end of their transaction.
Drake meets the police chief, Dawson, and about how is father, what good a detective he was for the LAPD, etc. Drake didn't quite meet all the requirements to become a detective in the department but Dawson makes an exception and allows him to become a detective due to his father's recommendation, along with how good a detective he was.
Then Drake is forced a partner to get to know the city and show you how things are done, which ends up being Clara. He attempts to get out of it but it seems to be a requirement.
Clara begins trying to get to know him and work with Drake more but he continues refusing everything she says. This leads to Drake analyzing Clara, calling her out on tampering with the elevator, her setting that up to get to know him before he transferred and her putting a fake act to be more appealing to others around her instead of being herself. Clara gets fed up with him, yells at him about how John (Drake's father) was such a good detective and why he's being such an asshole compared to John, then immediately abandons him.
At the same time, Drake goes still and leaves reality... seeming going into an anxiety attack. Right after Clara leaves, Drake begins having flashbacks of his father physically and verbally abusing him while people begin to crowd around him... ending the episode.

Hannah wouldn't really be considered outgoing, nor introverted. For one she's upfront with everything she says and won't be literally every girl in a harem anime, while on the other hand, she'll seem to be quiet and keeps to herself while with any strangers.
She's a medic for the LAPD and has been that for a while now. Around the time Drake went into the police academy, she also went into medical studies, eventually came out, and ended up helping Grayson in LA.
I have no right to judge but you need to do something about your episodes. I can't save you every time.
What happened?! Did Nick do something to you? Or, or, did Clara... *sound of distaste* What did she say to you?!
What a nuisance... So Drake, why'd you really come back to LA? Oh, was it to see me~?

Colette is the nicest person to ever exist, I promise (that's sarcasm in case you couldn't tell). She's similar to Clara with putting up a mask to show people a better version of themselves when she is indeed a struggling teenager just trying to cope with the loneliness and neglect she was given by the rest of her family. She may have everything but no one really sees what she's going through, she believes she's never good enough no matter how hard she tries...
(reading from a template) I am so incredibly grateful and happy that I can stand here today and tell you that I have had all this and much, much more with my dad. I have been blessed to have had Mr. Arden as my dad.
(fake but believable sadness) We... weren’t really... good friends. A-a lot of arguments we had... we fought.. A lot and... I-I just never really treated her how she deserved to be treated... I wish I could’ve apologized for some of the things I said... I-I feel so guilty..
(dropping act and serious) Why would I?! She always had more friends than me, she always had people who cared for her, and dad always loved her more than me. No matter what I did... no one would just... No one would...

She is literally dead at the start of the second episode. But she speaks in a recording that Drake watches, so I do need someone to voice her. If you do get this role, you will most likely get a bigger character down the line. I still have a lot of characters down the line needed.
I...I-’m not very good at these speeches but I still wanted to... wanted to share my gratitude towards my father, Aaron... He always worked really hard for us... a-and I realize he never really had a lot of time for us, but he still tried to be with us before he was sick.
*quieter* I enjoyed those times... *normal tone* I just wanted to say that I know he’s in a better place and he wouldn’t want me to mourn over him for too long. He’d just tell me to cheer up and... and well, find a reason to be happy. So I’m trying, just for him.

Sophie is basically Drake's childhood friend. We (as in the audience) aren't quite sure whether she was real or some weird hallucination to get past the trauma Drake was receiving.
Sophie is a very extroverted character. She's kinda childish and likes to just have fun and make sure everyone else is also alright. She's very in tune with her emotions and (as seen above) can be affected by another's emotions easily.
While she is indeed childish, she can be serious when the situation is given. If she knows what she's doing and people are legitimately in danger, she's not an idiot. She'll do anything in her power to make sure people don't get hurt. Hence, she's also one of the most powerful characters in this universe.

I need background voice actors the most for the series due to the 1-shot characters I have.
(news reporter) Hello, and welcome back to Box News, My name is (pick a name, any name) and I am standing here on the recently rebuilt Reqerium Tower! Today marks the one year anniversary of the destruction of the tower while the reckless vigilante, Calamity, along with the hostages and terrorist perished in the explosion. Ever since the vigilante’s death, many newly named masked heroes have popped up such as SiltSaber, Greengrater, Phantom, The Negotiator, Vivacious, and the Sock Spy (reporter looks a little confused as he pauses), I'm not making this up… However, the majority of the city's civilians say that they feel much safer with the vigilantes yet, there are many with a conflicting opinion.. Perhaps police officers are the only heroes we need…
(slacking off front desk person) *Aggravated sigh* Look, kid. This is the police department. Not a little hangout spot for you to mess around and disturb hard-working officers. The tours are on Tuesdays.
(pissed off) Ugh, I just don’t get you. Why do you keep acting like such a dick?! Why can’t you be more like your dad?! He was such a great guy AND an amazing detective.
