Cree Pip
Project Overview
FINAL VOICE ACTOR AUDITION – ANNOUNCER (Singer Preferred!)
Hi! I’m Nae Rae, creator of the upcoming indie animated musical Cree Pip! 🦁✨
We’re almost fully cast! Every major voice actor has joined the project, and now there’s only ONE role left: The Announcer. This character opens the show with a theatrical announcement and is highly preferred to be a singer, as they’ll perform in one musical number during the pilot.
About Cree Pip
Cree Pip is an indie animated musical set in a world where mascots aren’t just entertainers they’re celebrities, workers, and prisoners.
The story follows Pip, an 18/19 year old white lion and the last of his kind. He’s the beloved mascot of Wonderpaw Zoo, the largest and most famous zoo in the world, owned by the charismatic yet manipulative Rozai. To the public, Pip is the perfect mascot the “Lion-Hearted Wonder King.” Behind the smile, though, he’s anxious, exhausted, and trapped in a life where every second is a performance.
Wonderpaw isn’t just a zoo it’s practically its own city, filled with human/animal hybrids called Animare, who were created to work, perform, and entertain. Rozai doesn’t rule with magic. He rules with contracts, money, influence, and fear.
Keeping everything under control is The Pack Nimbus, Hoot, and Loly Rozai’s loyal enforcers who make sure no Animare steps out of line.
Meanwhile, Wonderpaw’s biggest rival is rising fast: Rulip Garden, led by the beloved mascot Suni and its mysterious owner Blythe, who promises a brighter future for Animare. The public loves them. Rozai can’t stand them. Whatever happened between the two parks is far from over.
Cree Pip is emotional, funny, unsettling, and full of chaos. At its heart, it’s a story about propaganda, forced happiness, survival, money, control, and what happens when the mascot who’s supposed to smile forever finally starts asking questions.
About Me
I’m 19 and have been creating characters and stories for as long as I can remember. I started writing fanfiction when I was around ten years old, filled notebooks with character ideas, and spent years dreaming up worlds inspired by everything from FNAF and Teen Titans to One Piece, Fairy Tail, The Promised Neverland, Tokyo Ghoul, My Hero Academia, and so much more. I’ve worked on comics, animations, Gacha projects, and countless abandoned ideas but Cree Pip is different. This is the project I’m pouring everything into. It’s the world I’ve always wanted to bring to life!!
About the Role
We’re looking for someone who can bring energy, personality, and excitement to the Announcer. A theatrical voice with strong stage presence is ideal, and if you can sing, that’s a huge bonus!
