Little is known about Kell. He is an expert marksman, who approaches his job with cold-blooded, level-headed professionalism and is talented enough to snipe the pilot of any land vehicle, from a truck down to the mighty Chinese Overlord tank. He is also a master of camouflage, who can remain unseen to the enemy, breaking cover only to take the shot.

Essentially a much heavier version of the M113 APC, the Battle Fortress was a heavily armored mobile bunker with a machine gun and firing ports for up to five infantry. It was tied with the Kirov Airship for the strongest armor of any unit. The Battle Fortress was so large and heavy that it could easily crush walls and most other vehicles simply by driving over them, including the mighty Apocalypse Tanks. However, due to the Battle Fortress's slow speed, this ability was impractical against a competent enemy commander.

The unnamed sergeant serves as a guide to the player, teaching them basic controls and mechanics of the game.
The voice should be deep sounding.
Good morning commander and welcome to basic training. There's a war on so we’ll have to make this a crash course. In front of you is your Battlefield control interface. With this interface, you can command any soldier on the field.
Left click on the soldier to select him then left click on empty ground to move him to that location. Try not to get him killed on the way to the shooting range...
Brigadier General Mark Jamison Sheppard is the supreme commander of the Allies, who provides tactical briefings to the player character throughout the new allies campaign.
Personality:
Sheppard is an American soldier. He is a decisive, charismatic leader, determined to put a stop to the Soviet Union.
Are you picking this up?.... Good. I know you need more deep background but were up against it. Soviet forces have fortified this beachhead at X16-Y42. Intelligence is still coming in, so we can't tell you a lot; we found a chink in their armor. Commander Carter can sneak you in some backup forces on shore right here. You may get some artillery support from his gunboats but this is mostly groundwork. Your mission is simple: Knock out all fortifications, eliminate all Soviet troops and establish a beachhead by building a base. Good luck.
J.C. Carter is one of the Allies field commanders.
Personality:
He's a competent and loyal commander. He only appears in two missions, and doesn't have much character development.
Commander, was there confusion with that last directive? We wanted you to take everything out but Soviets are still there. We can supply you with full force now but it's imperative that this mission be completed. Wipe out Soviet presence using all available forces.
We need backup now! Soviet troops are pouring out of their base strangling our foothold. We gotta knock out that refinery; eliminate all Soviet forces before they can move our position. I don't know how long we can hold out... [Transmission cuts off]
A narrator, quickly condensing the previous game's plot in a few minutes.
Sound convincing, serious. Give a realistic feel to the player.
In 1946, Albert Einstein used his Chronosphere device to go back in time and forever alter history. Einstein's good intentions, however, upset the delicate balance of world powers, allowing Joseph Stalin to lead communist Russia in a major invasion of Europe. Initially the Soviet invasion was successful, and soon it appeared that the British would be the last free people in Europe.
Civilians are a common element of the Command & Conquer franchise. They usually serve no other purpose other than to provide ambiance to the environment, although in some cases, they play a small role in some missions and in Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge, they can be mind controlled to act as a distraction. Most of the time, civilians will run away in terror when a battle occurs nearby, and may occasionally get killed, whether accidentally or deliberately.
The only way you can hear these quotes is by mind controlling a civilian, so the voice should be obedient.
