Project Overview
Concord Stories is an add-on for Sim Settlements 2 for the Bethesda game Fallout 4. Releasing in December 2026, its goal is to add new stories, characters, and places to discover in wasteland of Fallout 4. The stories are sometimes standalone and also sometimes integrated with the rest of the stories in the mod. Hence the name... Concord STORIES.

Story description:
An old shopping galleria, the Gray View has become a refuge for misfits of the Commonwealth. More than a home, it's a thriving community and a welcome stop for players. It has a doctor's office, bar, shops, and apartments within its own community. This casting call is for two merchants on the second floor of the Gray View building.

The suave and cheerful concierge of the Gray View Hotel. He rents rooms to different travelers who show up. Well-dressed and impeccable, he just want his hotel to be clean and quiet, despite the shenanigans of the other tenants of the building.
