But Charlie is determined to do everything to protect her brother, be it lying to the authorities and neighbours, imitating her father's signature, or letting everyone think she's a boy.
Right now, she has only one goal in mind : reaching graduation and majority without trouble!

Charlie is in her senior year of high school (on scholarship). She looks like a boy and everyone thinks she's a he. For some reason, she does not deny it.
She is often sarcastic and speaks her mind when dealing with half witted morons. Whenever she comes across a situation she doesn't like, she'll just walk away.
Her voice should be androgynous, but slightly more feminine.
*teasing, joking with her little sibling* You little liar! You weren't defending anyone's honor or you would at least know her name.
*slightly offended and confused* I've always been a girl! Try to remember it for once!
*acting like the cousin (and a boy) of a famous actor, who's incognito* Arty! I got your coffee! Damn it's crooowded. I thought I was gonna... *notices reporters* Oh! Hi! Can I help you?
Lucian is Charlie's baby brother and has to go to the daycare center. He is often confused by his sister's gender and prefers to refer to her as a boy. He is ridiculed at his daycare for not having a father and mother (who takes care of them).
He has an impressive vocabulary and is not afraid to use it. He is pretty smart for his age but is still childish at times.
He can be voiced by a male or female. He should sound like a child with a matter-of-factly tone.
*very baffled and a tad dramatic, shouting* There's nobody there! You're the liar! And what kind of sibling are you, expecting the 3 year old to just jump into danger?!
*screaming* Ahhhhh! Since when are you a girl?!
*reciting from memory* We know what we are, but know not what we may be... Hamlet, Act 4, Scene 5
James is a popular model that goes to the same school as Charlie (but in the university part).
He has quite a temper and is very self-centered and egotistical. He believes the world revolved around him, and can not tell when Charlie is being sarcastic.
His voice should be a medium pitch masculine tone. He should sound very stuck up with almost everything he says.
*shouting* What the hell! You just shamelessly meddled with my private life and intended to stay at my table?
*very self-centered and snob like* No offence but.. except if you put all your savings in the school fees and don't have enough left to dress yourself properly.. you obviously don't go to my school.
*overly boastful* Ah! So you admit it! I win! *comes to a realization* Wait. Why am I the one acting like a kid while you sound like a walking encyclopedia?
Amy is the baby sister of James. Like her brother, she is stuck-up as well (but not as much as her brother). She first meets Charlie after being lost on a bus and waiting on a bench for her brother.
Though she is stuck-up, she does let Charlie help her and stands up for her against her brother.
Her voice should be a high pitch childish tone. She also should be loud-spoken.
*sad, and a bit scared* I wanted to try taking the bus. My brother said he would take me even though it was his first time too *starts crying a little* But it was crowded and I couldn't get off when he did and I lost him...
*shouting* I'm not going anywhere with you!
*screaming after seeing blood on the wall after James slammed Charlie against the wall* AAAAAAHH!
Louis is a friend of James and also go to the same university as him. He immediately picked up on Charlie's real gender, but for some reason, does not say anything about it.
He is a nice guy, helping out Charlie when she was ran over by a crowd. He knows about James terrible personality (and points it out to him), but still tries to help his friend.
His voice should be a medium high masculine tone. He should sound pretty chirpy.
*chipper, joking around while being slightly serious* Well, you'd make a brilliant graveyard keeper, that's no reason!
*a bit confused, slight comedic gag* ... Do I know you?
Fitz is a bartender/waiter at the new cafe. He seems nosy but pretty nice but pretty nice and apparently likes to help.
His voice should be a medium low tone.
*welcoming and slightly joking* Hi! Please don't mind that sloth. What can I get you?
*considerate* Come with me, I'll let you out through the back door to avoid them.
Miss Penny is Lucian's teacher at the daycare center. She often seems to get annoyed with Lucian whenever he gets into fights, even when he didn't start it.
Her voice should be a medium high pitch and sound slightly nasally
*slightly annoyed* There you are! Come on, go fetch your snack and join the others!
*breaking up a fight, shouting* Stop it you two! Lucian, why must you be at the center of every fight?
Maggie is Charlie's employer at the library. She is understanding about Charlie's circumstances and allows her to work at the library even though her school bans part-time jobs.
Her voice should be a medium low pitch. She should sound middle-aged.
*worried*Say, are you sure there isn't any student from your school who could come here and recognize you? Hillgate High still prohibits part-time jobs, doesn't it?
They could come to work in calm *interrupts self to yell at employee* Hey you! Be careful with my books!!
Eugene is a stuck-up kid from Lucian's daycare.
His voice should sound like a very loud-spoken child with a bratty tone.
Because I need all the space I can get for this huuuge snack my mom made me!
*shouting* No it doesn't! You suck!
