Project Overview
Welcome! this is a personal project I'm hoping to use for my uni portfolio for 3d animation.
I'm looking for two voices, a medium-high female voice and a medium male voice.
The girl, Chelsea, will be singing playfully and the boy, Sam, will be attempting to follow with not much effort and a lack of enthusiasm.
the song in question is 'Sugar we're goin' down' by Fall Out Boy, and both roles will only be required to sing a few lines:
Drop a heart
And break a name
We're always sleeping in and sleeping
For the wrong team
We're going down, down in an earlier round
And sugar, we're going down swinging
I'll be your number one with a bullet
A loaded God complex, cock it and pull it

The main role of my short clip.
Chelsea is an erratic 17 year old girl. Her normal tone of voice is serious and intimidating, but for this project, she'll be singing in a playful, almost demanding way as she tries to persuade a boy to sing with her. Picture how a teen girl would sing in 2009. thats how i'd like her to sound.

He's so cute! you don't understand.
Sam is the quieter voice in this project.
He's 18, shy, and quite insecure about himself and his place in the world. He finds one of his classmates trying to befriend him, and reluctantly gives it a shot, attempting to keep up with her energetic pace as she tries to get him to open up and sing.
He sings quietly with disinterest and not much effort, but is somewhat consistent with the speed of the song.
