About Centauri Dark
Centauri Dark is a mech survival arena shooter where you go toe-to-toe with waves of enemy mechs in a bid to survive. This game is being independently funded and developed by myself, and will be released on Steam and Itchio (price TBD).
Centauri Dark contains themes covering how fascism manipulates people into violence, gender roles and identity, as well as self-liberation.

About these roles
These characters are featured in voice-over only during the opening and ending cutscenes of the campaign scenario, 'radio drama' style. They frame a world and events outside of the gameplay of the story, and will inform the player's understanding of what has happened to the protagonist through the course of the main campaign.
The cutscenes these characters will be featured in will be audio-only and very short (maybe thirty seconds long at absolute maximum) alongside foley work edited together by myself. I anticipate final line readings will be sub-150 words (both roles are approximately the same wordcount). The payment will be flat $50 USD for each role, delivered via Paypal. Lines will be supplied via Google Sheets link and should be delivered via one audio file per-line. Ideally, these lines will be recorded independently, but as they are speaking to each other accomodations can be made if the applicants feel a joint recording session is preferred.
People of any gender or race are encouraged to apply, and will be considered equally for these positions. Due to the themes of the game, masculine voices are preferred for these characters. This role will remain posted until the deadline to give time for all submissions.

A navy commanding officer overseeing the top-secret supersoldier training.
[Casual] "Perfect. Well...what are we waiting for? I'd like to get this over with and pop out for lunch early".
[Frantic, Annoyed] "What's going on?! What just happened? But our quotas-!"
[Delegative] "We're behind schedule. Wheel him out of here and let's get the next one started."
A technician in the military who is operating the supersoldier program under the commanding officer's lead.
[Hesitant] "Uh- aye aye, sir. Initializing sequence in three...two...one..."
[Casual] "We're going to be testing Number 2401, running through sequence 0.5.6 today. "
[Panicked] "I-I don't know! The last subject she just breached containment somehow! We've lost readings on the whole facility."
