Updated things!
The project bio has been edited to include more things!
With that I also added a attached video featuring all of the "Mexican 1" voice lines, to give a good idea of how things will sound like in game!
Hello! I am the owner of Brass and Blood a roblox game in progress! And it's only voice actor as of now!
I really love my project, and I don't want to be the only voice in it! I voice both American and Mexican soldiers!
The reason for this post is I want to give the players numerous voice options!
Mexico, America, and Canada are playable nations in this game, and I plan to add more nations in North America into the game!
Brass and Blood is a game set in 1882+ it features iconic weaponry from the early wild west, along with historic uniforms of the era.
A terror from the hells below surfaces onto the earth, spreading from Phoneix Arizona outward, American scientists calling it The Blood Plague.
Play as a soldier from any of the aforementioned nations, set aside world politics to stop this evil from spreading further, and corrupting all of the America's, and most importantly, not succumb to the horde yourself.
Brass and Blood is heavily inspired by:
- Guts and Blackpowder.
- Undead Nightmare.
- Amnesia the Bunker.
- Last of us.
- Left 4 dead 2.
Whether it be fighting in the abandoned goldmines of California, all the way in the Rural zones of Mexico, or deep in the great lakes, you and 20 others must work together to prevent your flesh being torn asunder from the undead.
Hordes filling the streets, reaching toward you in attempt to eat you alive.
Infected that crawl at high speed toward you tackling you and trying to rip your guts out.
The fallen workers who wield their old pickaxes and axes to tear you in two.
The forgotten who lumber toward you, their blood boiling into an acid like mixture, blowing up onto you and your allies, the acid flammable.
Demon like foes, who jump from the shadows you wrangle you like a hog and pull you away from your allies.
Hell itself has risen, and not a soul is safe.
The game is incredibly horror driven, and depends heavily on teamwork, 20 players working together to get through hell, or survive waves of the undead, mistakes costing you everything.
In a terrifying and tense situation as this, it becomes clear that voice actors would serve as a key role, as the game features a callout system, along with planned NPCs for current and future maps.
I plan for a lot of dialog to be in this game, i myself have over 500 lines for the game, though i do voice act for both America and Mexico.
On release we want the three nations to have at least 3 unique voice actors, even more if we can.
For this we need specific languages and dialects/accents.
- Any American Accent
- Any Canadian Accent
- Any British Accent
- Québécois French
- Mexican Spanish.
Also open to:
- Irish Accents
- Scottish Accents.
- German Accents.
- Scandinavian Accents.
(Due to the US immigration at the time, these accents were very common.)
We do not plan to have female voice actors in the game yet unfortunately.
Be aware!!!
The scripts are SUPER SUPER LONG.
I myself have over ten minutes of voice lines alone.
You are expected to be screaming often, so if you prefer not to scream, or are unable to do it comfortably, I suggest you skip this project as i don't want to put a strain on you, that you wouldn't want.
If i can recall there's thousands of lines split up amongst roles and nations soldiers!
This is a 16+ project!
