Bobby and His Nightmares - Season 2 Episode 2
Project Overview
About the project:
Hello! I’m Sally Basler from Hooting Pictures. I am looking for voice actors to play new characters in Bobby and His Nightmares Season 2! These characters will debut in Episode 2 and then have reoccuring roles in the rest of the series.
General plot: It's official... young Bobby Roberts, a human in the Overworld, will be the first King of Demons in the Underworld--but not quite yet. It is up to his appointed Nightmares--Gremlin, Stewie, Stitches and Mask--to keep an eye on him as he devlops his demon powers. But now King Bobby has a group of his own. Watch as Bobby's group of Nightmares grows with unlikely new friends, angels arrive in the Underworld and the circle's rulership changes in this new season of Bobby and His Nightmares!
This episode titled, "Angels in the Underworld", follows Bobby and his nightmares as they navigate angels coming to the Underworld. The angels plan to use their program called the "Redemption Arc" to reform nightmares in the Underworld and help them achieve angel status and ascend into the Afterworld.
I will be sending out the actors’ scripts within days of being cast and will provide deadlines. This project is also on IMDB.
Once the episode is in production, I will give regular updates in the Hooting Pictures Discord server on how the progress is going. I always make sure to keep every actor in the know!
What you will need:
A Discord account! Please leave it in your audition description.
A good microphone and a quiet place with no background noise to record in.
A cooperative attitude and dedication to the project! Please make sure you're able to get your lines recorded and sent in a timely manner. I will provide deadlines.
Must be able to send audio files as MP3 or WAV.

Bio: Marjorie is an Angel who lives in the Afterworld (Heaven). She used to be a waitress at a restaurant in the Overworld during her Past Life. She is newly dead (she only died within the year). In the Afterworld, she now works as a Shoulder Angel (convincing people to make good choices) and has been tasked with reforming nightmares in the Underworld through the "Redemption Arc" with her co-workers. She is a very new hire so she is still learning the ropes. Daniel and Cordelia have taken her under their wings.
Personality: She is a perfectionist, timid, and is working on her confidence!

Bio: Renny is a Jackadevil who lives in the Second Circle (the beginning of the Under-Underworld). He is a Past Lifer and used to be a pimp in his past life. He died in the late 70s when he was ran over by a trolley. He was sent to the Second Circle because of his former occupation and also for being selfish, a gambler and living an indulgent life style. He has since become a better person in the Second Circle. He now works for the Queen of Fools (who he is on a first name basis with, referring to her oftentimes as "Hatts") as a professional Shoulder Devil (convincing people to make bad choices).
Personality: He is cocky, sarcastic, a smooth talker but surprisingly willing to lend a helping hand to his fellow devils. He also works as the mentor for April Emerson who is a new hire.

Rachel Adkins VO
Bio: April is a Jackadevil who lives in the Second Circle (the beginning of the Under-Underworld). She is a Past Lifer and used to be an accountant for a very notorious and infamous local mob. She died in a rival gang shootout. She was sent to the Second Circle for overlooking all the crimes done by the mob and willingly helping them cover their tracks. She is very newly dead. She has only been dead for a couple months and she now works as a Shoulder Devil (convincing people to make bad choices). She takes orders from the Queen of Fools (like Renny) and Renny is her mentor, helping her learn how to do her job.
Personality: April is cautious, introverted, and awkward but trying to learn how to speak up. Renny often refers to her as his "adopted introvert" and has taken it upon himself to help her come out of her shell and be more confident!

Bio: Ophelia is a Jackadevil who lives in the Second Circle (the beginning of the Under-Underworld). She is a Past Lifer and used to host a talk show back in the era of black and white television. But after colour television became more widely used, her show became less popular. She was the one who poisoned Atticus Wynn (host of Win Wynn's Situation) because she was jealous that his show's ratings were better than hers. This poisoning (which resulted in Wynn's death) is why she ended up in the Second Circle. She was never caught for this crime and she later on died in a plane crash. She now works for the Queen of Fools as a Shoulder Devil. She is the most prolific currently working Shoulder Devil with a huge number of humans and nightmares "corrupted". She is very good at her job and when she corrupts, she corrupts. She once made a nightmare so evil that they had to be sent to the Third Circle, and the further down you go the worse you are.
Personality: Ophelia is organised, sly, mysterious and shifty. It's best to always keep an eye on this devil...

Rachel Adkins VO
Bio: The Queen of Fools (AKA: Harriet "Hattie" Fenwick) originated as a half Platyzilla, half Libra Underworld native from the Underworld (AKA: Purgatory & the First Circle). She used to be the Rulers' court jester (back when it was Mask, Paige, Mother Demon, Boss Nightmare and Obsidian Black). One day Hattie told a joke Obsidian Black did not like so he put an unauthorised curse on her to make her smile for the rest of eternity. After this, Hattie became a social outcast because everyone would laugh at her and call her a fool. The laughs she had once lived for became an inescapable punishment. The other Rulers took pity on her and bestowed her with chaos magic. Boss Nightmare then sent her down to become the ruler of the Second Circle where everyone is a fool! As the Queen of Fools, Hattie now takes great joy in causing mischief and mayhem in the Second Circle.
Personality: She thrives on pranks, jokes, tricks and finds excitement in making life in the Second Circle as unpredictable as possible. She is also the leader of all the Shoulder Devils and sends them out on missions. She has a few not-so-secretly favourite employees (Ophelia, Renny, and in turn the new hire and Renny's "adopted introvert": April) but even those closest to her are not able to escape her iron fist of chaos!
