Bio: The Queen of Fools (AKA: Harriet "Hattie" Fenwick) originated as a half Platyzilla, half Libra Underworld native from the Underworld (AKA: Purgatory & the First Circle). She used to be the Rulers' court jester (back when it was Mask, Paige, Mother Demon, Boss Nightmare and Obsidian Black). One day Hattie told a joke Obsidian Black did not like so he put an unauthorised curse on her to make her smile for the rest of eternity. After this, Hattie became a social outcast because everyone would laugh at her and call her a fool. The laughs she had once lived for became an inescapable punishment. The other Rulers took pity on her and bestowed her with chaos magic. Boss Nightmare then sent her down to become the ruler of the Second Circle where everyone is a fool! As the Queen of Fools, Hattie now takes great joy in causing mischief and mayhem in the Second Circle. 

Personality: She thrives on pranks, jokes, tricks and finds excitement in making life in the Second Circle as unpredictable as possible. She is also the leader of all the Shoulder Devils and sends them out on missions. She has a few not-so-secretly favourite employees (Ophelia, Renny, and in turn the new hire and Renny's "adopted introvert": April) but even those closest to her are not able to escape her iron fist of chaos!
