Project Overview
WHAT IS THIS?
This is going to be a fanmade dub of the popular Anime series, Blue Lock.
The Premise of the Story
After reflecting on the current state of Japanese soccer, the Japanese Football Association decides to hire the enigmatic and eccentric coach Jinpachi Ego to achieve their dream of winning the World Cup. Believing that Japan has lacked an egoistic striker hungry for goals, Jinpachi initiates the Blue Lock—a prison-like facility where three hundred talented strikers from high schools all over Japan are isolated and pitted against each other. The sole survivor of Blue Lock will earn the right to become the national team's striker, and those who are defeated shall be banned from joining the team forever.Selected to join this risky project is Yoichi Isagi, a striker who failed to bring his high school soccer team to the national tournament. After choosing to pass to a teammate who missed instead of scoring on his own, he could not help but wonder if the results would have been different had he been more selfish. Using this golden opportunity given by the Blue Lock Project, Yoichi aims to clear his doubts and chase his ultimate desire—to become the greatest striker in the world and lead Japan to World Cup glory.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Please make sure your microphone is capable of recording your voice without picking up overwhelming background noises or excessive peaking/clipping.
2. You must have a Discord account, as the project will be going into production over there.
3. Your voice files must be sent in a .wav format, though if it ends up too big, .mp3 files will do as an alternative.
4. You need to have a very clear idea of both the series and the character you're auditioning for, especially their dub voice.
5. Open Ethnicity, POC actors are heavily encouraged to audition

Yoichi Isagi (潔いさぎ世よ一いち Isagi Yoichi?) is the protagonist of the Blue Lock series.
Isagi is a second-year high school student, who previously played as a forward for the Ichinan High School football team. When he arrived at the Blue Lock facility, he became a member of Team Z for the First Selection. His main goal is to become the world's best striker. Isagi is easy-going and has a generally friendly, cheery personality, but his simple and innocent habits often get on the nerves of the people around him. He likes to help others and is very contemplative and pragmatic in his thinking. He tends to avoid any childish squabbles among other Blue Lock competitors and tries to be a peacekeeper between his friends and rivals. At the beginning of Blue Lock, Isagi is massively unsure of himself and his skill due to being the second lowest ranked player in Blue Lock initially and his conflicting ideas of football. As time goes on, Isagi develops a more assertive presence on and off the field, becoming the foundation for Team Z and garnering the respect of some of the best players in Blue Lock who mostly have heavily assertive or dominant personalities. As of Third Selection, Isagi has the confidence, charisma, and reputation to talk openly with Rin Itoshi, one of the most talented yet difficult people in the Blue Lock Project.

Meguru Bachira (蜂ばち楽ら廻めぐる Bachira Meguru?) is a contender of Blue Lock , who currently plays as a center forward for Spain's FC Barcha in the Neo Egoist League. Bachira has a rather eccentric demeanor and personality. He is usually very energetic, cheerful, and enthusiastic during matches, rarely losing his cool and will to play, describing soccer as something fun to play with others. Bachira immediately relates to Lavinho who is also eccentric and energetic being inspired by his way of playing football. He has a tendency to sleep in unexpected moments, such as shown at the start where, during the start of the tag test, he was found sleeping. He mostly oversleeps and ends up relying on Isagi or Kuon to wake him up, and then falls asleep during their team meetings; he's also been known to fall asleep during meals. He also tends to show up completely naked after every training and soccer matches. When the Neo Egoist League starts, Bachira takes his football training more seriously in an effort to become the world-class egoist he imagines himself to be and edge closer to becoming the best in the world. Jinpachi Ego (絵心 甚八 Ego Jinpachi?) is the person handpicked by Anri Teieri to design and lead the Blue Lock Project. He acts as a coach, trainer, and general director/manager of Blue Lock. Ego at first glance, is an ambitious and overly confident man; Beneath that ambition however, is something even more sinister as he puts the emphasis in "ego" as he is shown to be an extremely egotistical, cruel, and self-serving man, seeing teamwork and putting your teammates before yourself to the equivalent of being "second-rate." He never wastes an opportunity to tell his players the cold truth about themselves and their reality, either seeping them into further despair or inspiring them with his cold hearted truth.

Anri Teieri (帝襟 アンリ Teieri Anri?) is a new hire of the Japan Football Union. Sometime after the defeat of the Japan National Team in the 2018 World Cup, Anri proposes to the executives of the Japan Football Union a plan to help Japan succeed in winning the World Cup. Anri is a calm but very determined young woman whose biggest dream is to see Japan win the World Cup. Anri is passionate when it comes to football and although the majority in the Japan Football Association ridiculed her and treat her as nothing more than a woman with big dreams and a big chest, she sticks to her goals and visions. She also speaks her mind, unaffected by the business-minded Japan Football Association ideologies.

Rensuke Kunigami (國神 錬介 Kunigami Rensuke?) is a contender of Blue Lock, who currently plays as a forward for Germany's Bastard München.
He is a hot blooded forward who's main goal is to become the best striker in the world and in turn a football superhero. When first arriving at Blue Lock he was member of Team Z during the First Selection. He was eliminated from Blue Lock's main route during the final games of Second Selection but instead of leaving the facility he walked into a mysterious "Wild Card" door that was open to him.
After the U-20 match ended, Kunigami finally returned from the "Wild Card" door and rejoined the other contenders during the Neo Egoist League. Kunigami has a very moral personality. He can be very serious about his football career, training, and way of living but also knows when to relax and enjoy life. He is seen as calm yet passionate when it comes to football and can be very rational and careful at times but can also be as stubborn as Raichi, who he tends to butt heads with. Kunigami will not let troublemakers and people who play unfair get their way when he is around; he almost comes off as a big brother. Even though he is serious most of the the time he can be very grateful and somewhat embarrassed when praised by others.

Hyoma Chigiri (千切 豹馬 Chigiri Hyōma?) is a contender of Blue Lock, who currently plays as a leftwing for England's Manshine City during the Neo Egoist League.
Chigiri is a forward prodigy who was chained down by a leg injury in his past but he let go of his fears while at Blue Lock so he could continue playing football wholeheartedly. When first arriving at Blue Lock, Chigiri was member of Team Z. Chigiri spent half of the First Selection avoiding participation or keeping it to a bare minimum but when he was motivated by Isagi in Team Z's third game, he decided to let go of his fear and play football to become the world's best striker like his rivals.
Chigiri from a very young age has always thought himself superior to others due to his naturally strong muscles, amazing skill in football, and his outstanding speed. He for awhile looked down on those who got in his way or annoyed him but was mostly modest. Only when he tears his ACL does his sense of superiority start to crumble and due to being harassed by the Wanima Brothers he becomes afraid of playing football wholeheartedly. He becomes so afraid of never playing football again that he rather find a reason to quit than to persevere for his dream.
When retaking a hold of his ego and ambition, Chigiri has shown to be a persistent and stubborn force on the field. He always strives to leave an effect on the field, which causes other players to notice him and acknowledge his abilities. Chigiri is shown to have great focus being a player who is constantly running through tight spaces, between players, and even switching from dribbling to passing. Chigiri admits that he feels a great joy surpassing other players with his speed, and when is inspired by Isagi and retakes his will to play and win he finally leaves behind his fear and begins to once again be that player he used to be in middle school and states he will become the best striker in the world.
He enjoys taking care of his appearance often like blow drying and taking care of his hair and many other players have noticed. He also speaks about how he cares towards his injured knee.
Chigiri is also easy-going and friendly outside of the field. While on the Team Z, he often talks casually with Kunigami and eventually makes a team with him fully trusting in each other, demonstrating a great chemistry on the field. After he joins Team White in the Second Selection, he is seen to get along very well with Nagi, watching together videos about professional players and latter playing together in a contest with shoes in which they compite to see which one of them can dominate with their shoes making a mess in their bedroom.

Gin Gagamaru (我牙丸 吟 Gagamaru Gin?) is a contender of the Blue Lock Project, who currently plays as a goalkeeper for Germany's Bastard München.
Gagamaru was a forward who aspires to be the best in the world along with the others of Blue Lock. When first arriving at Blue Lock, he was a member of Team Z during First Selection. After Third Selection it was noted that Gagamaru has the body, natural reflexes and skills to be an ideal goalkeeper and has since played as one.

Jingo Raichi (雷市 陣吾 Raichi Jingo?) is a contender for the Blue Lock Project, who is currently a member of Germany's Bastard München during the Neo Egoist League. Like all the forwards of Blue Lock, Raichi aims to be the best striker in the world.
When first arriving in Blue Lock, Raichi was a member of Team Z during First Selection and is one of the remaining contenders of Blue Lock after Second Selection.
Raichi is definitely the most hot-headed of the group and argues with just about everyone on everything. His tendency to belittle his teammates (as seen in the first few chapters) stem from an overwhelming confidence in his abilities, which can make him come across as arrogant and pompous.
In one match, Raichi almost sacrifices the position of striker and uses his brash personality to inspire and fuel his team, implying that despite wanting to be a striker, Raichi is willing to change in order for his team and himself to win.

Wataru Kuon (久遠 渡, Kuon Wataru?) is a former member of Team Z.
Kuon betrayed the team in the middle of the First Selection in interest of his own singular survival. He was later a factor in Team Z winning the last game of the Selection when he threw away his self interest in favor of his team when he saw how amazing they were against the strongest team in the stratum.
Kuon was eliminated in the Second Selection. At the beginning of First Selection, Kuon is the main brain of Team Z and helps organize them and create many strategies due to his experience in starting a football club at his high school. When he genuinely cares, Kuon puts a 100% effort into football but when he is thinking only of himself he only puts in as much effort as it takes to get the information he needs so he can use it to his advantage and move in. His genuinely nice personality fooled Team Z for most of a game before someone realized Kuon had betrayed them.
Kuon's nice personality is actually a facade, he is machiavellic and ruthless, capable of betraying his own teammates in order to advance in Blue Lock. He refuses to play as a team and trusts no one but himself. This is because in high school his friends and teammates didn't have the same ambition as he does and never took soccer as serious as Kuon does, after being eliminated with his team he swore that he will never let them drag him back. In Blue Lock, Kuon always aims for the best team and offers them to cooperate with him giving them information of his own team. Kuon also sees stupid and naive the way Team Z aims to win, telling to Isagi that they are stupid due to believing they will survive if they work as a team.
After Team Z draw against Team W, Kuon chooses to stay away and not doing anything for the team in their match against Team V since he is absolutely secure Team V will win. However, after witnessing how his teammates are facing toe-to-toe against Team V, the best team of their string, Kuon revives the passionate love he has for soccer and decides to help them one more time supporting and encouraging them to win. Despite this, he is aware that his past actions won't be spared and accepts that they can't trust him again.

Asahi Naruhaya (成早 朝日, Naruhaya Asahi?) is a former member of Team Z. Naruhaya is aware of his weaknesses and ability in comparisons of others, making it clear to Isagi that he knows that he won't be picked if he was to lose in his 2v2, seeing himself and Isagi ordinary players who can't go as equals with true talented and genius soccer players such as Baro, Nagi or Bachira. This awareness pushed him to try his best for his match. His awareness reaches the point of losing and fully understanding why Isagi was a better player than himself.
He's very mischevious, stealing food and being the jokester of Team Z. He also cares for his family, his standing as 1 of the eldest siblings motivates him to play.
In his match with Baro 2v2 against Isagi and Nagi, Naruhaya shows that he's always known that he wouldn't last any longer in Blue Lock and after losing he feels powerless but also relieved due to being aware that he is not fit enough to pursue his goal to become the best striker in the world and for him, it was only a naive and stupid dream, but also is satisfied due to being capable of reaching the Second Selection and before leaving he wishes the best of luck to Isagi and encourages him to keep winning.

Yudai Imamura (今村 遊大 Imamura Yūdai?) is a former member of Team Z. He was eliminated in Second Selection and thus never made it to the Third Selection. Imamura is pretty energetic. Next to football, his favorite past time seems to be trying to woo girls.

Okuhito Iemon (伊右衛門 送人 Iemon Okuhito?) is a former contender of the Blue Lock Project.
When first arriving at Blue Lock he was a member of Team Z and he played as the goalie. Iemon was eliminated in the Second Selection, thus never made it to Third Selection. He's a very caring individual and likes to help his teammates when he can, as he trains with everyone else until the end for this exact reason. He also usually volunteers to arrange cones for practice and took over explaining tactics when Kuon was missing.

Sae Itoshi (糸師冴 Itoshi Sae?) is a prodigy football player, who is known as the best player in Japan. Sae is also a member of the New Generation World 11, as well as the Royale (Real Madrid) Youth team. He is the older brother of Rin Itoshi.
Sae's main goal before the start of the series was to become the best striker in the world and in turn the best player in the world but after leaving Japan and experiencing the professional league in Spain he changed his dream to becoming the best midfielder in the world.
At the start of the series, he is in Japan only to renew his passport but after happening to hear about the Blue Lock he decides to stay. He later joins the Japan U-20 to face off against the Blue Lock Eleven in the Japan U-20 match. After the Japan U-20 match concluded his current status and whereabouts are unknown.
